Gracias a todo el equipo de trabajo del hotel. Excelente su servicio de alimentos, su comida de calidad, su limpieza en general super. En especial tengo que reconocer la recepciòn a Dora y los muchachos comprometidos con sus huespedes.

Very comfortable and specious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with hot dishes and fruit. I would have liked some whole grain bread options.
The area seems safe but in 3 days we came and go with friends/ uber so can’t be sure. The metro is very close but didn’t use it

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff - front desk, cleaning people and bellmen - were welcoming and excellent. The free breakfast had a lot of variety each day and the restaurant made great food, and even room service was affordable. We will definitely stay here again.

Fiquei em uma suite muito grande e estava muito limpa, silenciosa e cama gostosa. O hotel possui uma sauna legal e piscina agradável. Tinha bastante fila para check in e este foi bem básico com poucas orientações. Não tomamos o café da manhã, sendo assim não posso avaliar, mas os hóspedes elogiam.

The bed was very comfortable. Good location in the city. House keeping was excellent only they kept taking the towels to wash without replacing sometimes. The breakfast was mediocre. Some of the restaurant staff was not to nice seemed unconcerned.

Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and tables very slow to be cleared, also the food to be replenised. But great hotel location and besides the room smelling damp then would stay again.

Hotel was clean and restaurant had good choices. Only issue was the AC was loud when it’s starts. And also need more towels for the pool as when we went in the evening there is was no towels. Otherwise everyone was nice and we had a great stay.
