夕食の選択肢がすくない

ホテルは3星クラス。良い点は敷地内にあるレストランJacksons。ウエスタンスタイルで味が良い。18時までオーダーで25%引きキャンペーンをやっていました。もう一つ良い点は敷地内にPNGジャパンという日本人経営のローカルツアーのお店がありました。あとは飛行場に近いこと。無料で送迎してくれます。悪い点。小さい問題としてバスタブの栓が無かった。これは頼めば市販の新品の栓を持ってきてくれた。最悪はチェックアウト。支払い済みにも関わらず、部屋代3泊分を請求された。すぐに訂正して貰いましたが非常に危ない。なお、ポートモレスビーは治安が悪いので、旅行者だけで街に出向くのは危険です。たとえホテルにタクシーを頼んでも危ないと思います。職無しのニューギニア人が2－3人でうろついているのは強盗と思った方が正解。ガイドもすぐ車を発進していました。危険回避には十分注意して、嫌な目にあわないように気を付けてください。

チェックイン時間の後に行ったのですが、まだそうじが出来ていないので数分待てと言われた。 小一時間待ったが何もannouncerが無いのでチェックインカウンターに再度行ったのですがまだ出来ていないと言われた。 さすがに怒ったが、自分の落ち度でないと開き直られ日本語で文句を言ったら何をいっているのかわからないとおちょくられた。 非常に不快であった。

Got in around 1 ish. Took about an hour to have room ready. Got the room and was a king size room not a superior room. Had balcony facing driveway so no privacy. Asked for superior room. Waited an hour n half. Gor the correct room only to have air con set at 27 degrees. Air con broken. I suggested a free upgrade as the motel was booked out. Another 2 hours of back n forth and then gave me a apartment. Got into it to have the phone not working. So no calls to house keeping or roim service. Local restaurants on site were great. Last night wenr to have my shower and they f orgot to leave towels. So had to use pillowcases to dry myself. After i got out i had the chance to call and the my towels were delivered to us.

Very nice and quiet place to stay and relax. The only downside is that the internet connection is not good

The only low point in this facility is the very poor Internet connection in the premises

Overall stay was good , kids enjoyed the pool staffs were friendly. My first experience at hotel so enjoyed it.

The people are friendly and the room is good. I've stayed here several times. The last two times there was no hot water. It's too expensive to be taking cold showers.

Better than expected. Hotel while old is well managed and well run. Clean, great breakfast, nice bar staff very helpful and all speak English

Nothing unique about the 1bedroom apartment i stayed at. Bathroom lock were not working, no towels, i payed alot for that room and breakfast was on for 2 with no kids allowed. Service veryvpoor compared to amount of money i paid. I didn’t enjoy my accommodation. Run down apartment which needs alot of renovations.

Their was no TV remote in the deluxe room I was staying in to turn the TV on.

They didn't have my booking. We had to wait for 2 hours only to be told system not picking up the booking. Eventually, we had to pay again to secure a room. They promised to reimburse the extra payment once syterms back on upon checking out. I hope they do.

i used to be a member of the coral seas but decided against it as the hotel does not accept walk ins for members and my clients does not like to dine there as the quality of food is bad. Staff are not helpful and one has to wait a long time to be served

Close to the airport. A few restaurants on the property. People are friendly and the room is good. Water pressure in the shower was very low this time.
