Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel e recomendamos muito, principalmente pelo excelente custo-benefício.
A localização é um dos grandes diferenciais, sendo muito conveniente para conhecer a região. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, era confortável e contava com aquecedor, algo muito importante durante o inverno. Também gostamos muito do cuidado de disponibilizarem uma manta de alpaca além do edredom, deixando o ambiente ainda mais aconchegante e confortável para as noites frias.
Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente o Alvaro, que nos ajudou com a organização do nosso tour privado e foi sempre muito solícito, atencioso e disposto a nos ajudar em tudo o que precisávamos durante a estadia.
O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o café da manhã. Há apenas uma opção de pão e não é oferecido suco. Por outro lado, eles preparam ovos na hora, além de disponibilizarem iogurte, algumas frutas, frios e café, oferecendo uma opção simples, mas satisfatória.
É uma excelente escolha para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um ótimo custo-benefício.

There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.

The staff were incredible. Super friendly and very easy to get a hold of. They stowed our luggage so that we could visit the town after checkout. The hotel was really cute and quaint. I would stay there again.

Wonderful spot! I especially loved having a king size bed here in South America and a hot tub. What a perfect way to relax as a solo traveler and a beautiful place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great access to city center and train station. Restaurant has included breakfast but the room can be quite cold in the morning so bring a jacket.

In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location.

The breakfast stands out to me as excellent. The coffee, the food, the setting and the service was great. The 15 minute walk from the train to the hotel was a little long for my wife and I, in our 70's, but was doable. The service was excellent -- responsive and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. A good place to stay.

Bel accueil du personnel, toujours courtois. J’ai eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel m’a donné une nouvelle chambre sur le champ. Service de laverie directement à l’hôtel, très pratique.
