The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.

Hands down, one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel or lodge. The rooms were kept and spacious the staff were amazing, the went above and beyond to keep us happy, they organized a lot of things for us so we dont have too or worry about it. Also the view up here is amazing, you get to see Cusco from a great angle, and also breakfast is good here. We had a great stay at the Apu Lodge and we look forward to the next time we get to come here again, the team here is amazing. Thank you our private guide Pat and of course Wilson and Karolina

My son even said it was the best customer service he’s ever experienced—and I couldn’t agree more. Whether it was the way they greeted us by name each day, helped us navigate our plans, or simply shared a smile, the entire team was just incredible. They made us feel seen, valued, and completely at home. The energy of the lodge is peaceful and inviting, but it’s the people who truly make it unforgettable. We honestly can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re headed to the Sacred Valley or Machu Picchu area, do yourself a favor—stay here. You won’t regret it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Apu Mountain Lodge Our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, Wilson, Carolina, and their son Patrick treated us like family rather than guests. Their warmth and genuine hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere that we actually ended up extending our stay longer than we had originally planned. The dinners were perfect – every single meal was great at the end of our long exploring days. Wilson, Carolina, and Patrick are truly exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Their personal touches and genuine care for their guests really set this lodge apart from anywhere else we've stayed. While the lodge is located a bit further away from all the main attractions of Cusco, this is actually part of its charm – you get to escape all the chaos of the city while still being just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away from everything Cusco has to offer. We were glad to get away from the crazy touristy downtown area. If you're looking for a place that combines great views with heartfelt hospitality and good food, Apu Mountain Lodge is absolutely the place to go.

We all liked our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge. It was our first visit to Cusco, Peru. The owners at this lodge were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They treated us like family. We absolutely loved it and we recommend it

The property was very nice but the service was unmatched!! The Manager even took us out for lunch before he dropped us off at one of our tours. Most helpful and friendly staff I've ever seen. Highly recommend.
