Hôtel très bien situé au centre-ville. Très beau toit terrasse peu exploité malheureusement. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant.

Centrally located in downtown Arequipa. Everything was walkable, safe, and easy to access. The breakfast options were delicious, but more variety would be nice.

Traffic outside door and on one side of hotel makes it noisy on one side of rooms. We had trouble with non functioning safes and heating/cooling system. The staff was always present and very helpful. They prepared a complimentary lunch when our departure was before breakfast. Great location for easy walk to center but traffic and pollution from traffic a negative.

Easy 5am check in and straight to room.

When I got to the place they said there were no room for the day . They moved me to the sister hotel two doors down and charged me in cash there

I love the location - so close to historical section - and it was nice to just walk around and so much so close! The staff were amazing. Would like to see a better selection at the breakfast though!

Nice hotel in convienient location. Stayed there before and after 2 day colca canyon trek so they stored our bags for us. Good breakfast.

Close and convient great stagg ho out of their way

Staff was excellent. We had a late departure. We were able to leave the luggages there during the day and even got to use the dining room to eat our diner before our taxi arrived. Room was basic but nice and clean. There was a leakage problem in the bathroom. We told the front desk but was told that the plumber couldn't fix it until the next day. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't bother to ask for another room.

They treat you well. Great location. Near the center of the town.

This hotel is located just two blocks from the the city’s main square, rooms are spacious and very clean. The personnel is friendly and attentive, they have a nice breakfast that is included on the room price and quite ok WiFi connection. The hotel has 4 floors but no elevator, the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy if you are sensitive to noise. We stayed 4 nights and we had a good time here. I would definitively stay here again.
