Here you can find everything so perfect. One thing good about here is that somebody always takes care of you like Marcial. Owner will come to the hotel at 7 AM to greet all the guests. The best boutique hotel I ever stayed. Strongly recommended. 朝食がおいしい。オーナーが朝7時には必ず出勤してゲストに挨拶をする。マルシアルが夜から朝までいてくれるので、何かあればベルを鳴らす。シャワーも快適。何一つ落ち度のない完璧なホテル。

Fabulous stay in this lovely bed and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Cute little hotel in prime area and close to everything. Very clean as well. What I loved the most was customer service - all employees were amazing especially frond desk agent Frescia. She is the nicest person I met in a while, very genuine and caring. She helped me with few things and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thanks a lot!

The location is great, safe neighborhood and very walkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I would recommend is to bring ear plugs. The building walls are thin and you can often hear people up in the hallways or having breakfast early in the morning.

From the accommodating staff, whom addresses you by name, to the location, this B&B is superb. The rooms are large and modernly decorated with comfy bedding. The made-to-order breakfast (included in your stay) is so delicious. Within walking distance to many attractions & restaurants. I truly cannot say more good things about the staff—they pride themselves on hospitality & go above & beyond.

My husband and I loved this beautiful, romantic place for our 10 yr anniversary trip! Wonderful place to fall in love or just be in love! The service, food, and atmosphere is wonderful and youll find yourself never wanting to leave even thought its just the perfect place to rest your head!

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist sehr familiär. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann das traumhafte Miraflores und Barranco zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt der Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonderen Dank an Pati und Lourdes für die netten Unterhaltungen und hilfreichen Tipps.

Un B&B top, un service excellent, des employés super attentionnés. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Un service blanchisserie est proposé. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

We really liked the Staff. They were there to please. We also like the area. It was very safe and had many places to go for food, exercise and scenery.

This was a true gem of a find. Chosen based on reviews and for it's ideal location. It sits just 2 blocks from the ocean, Larco Mar Mall (many brand shops and multiple good restaurants) and 2 block from Avenue Larco with its easy 10-15 minute walk to the Indian Markets. This B&B was definitely spot on with the reviews and secure. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Patti was a shining star. The premium room was comfortable, spacious, well appointed with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good with made to order eggs or omelets and an assortment of teas. It will definitely be a return destination when in Lima and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place to stay, very clean, very safe. Prior to check in I received a message asking me to let them know when I’d be there so I called and informed them. During the call they offered to call me a cab but I was able to do that myself and they were able to provide a very accurate estimate of what one should cost. Upon arrival, Lourdes at the front desk provided many excellent recommendations for my short stay, and another guest that I ran into provided an amazing place for dinner. The front gate is on a locking system so you have to be buzzed in, though the area felt extremely safe, this is always a nice added feature. If ever in Limaflores, this is an excellent place to stay. Close walking distance to the coast and a short cab ride to many other points of interest.

Miraflores is a beautiful neighborhood in Lima and the Belma is only a couple blocks walk from the cliffside park promenade and shopping center. It's on a quiet block and the property is pretty. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. All the staff were helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English.

Had an international flight cancellation and ended up with a 24-hour layover in Lima. I’m BEYOND thankful that I found this gem in an extremely walkable and convenient area of Miraflores and nearby Baranco. My room was pristine and extremely comfortable and the customer service, recommendations and attention to detail that Pati provided were top notch.

My last few days of my Peru trip was in Lima staying here. Location was great! Simple but great breakfast. Unfortunately I got sick my last night... had to change plans and take it easy before my late night flight. Only good thing was that they were so nice about a late checkout and then letting me hang out all afternoon in the courtyard with herbal teas... will stay here next time I am back (to do the things I missed that day)!
