Foi maravilhoso, simplesmente nos sentimos em casa e com serviço de quarto, a equipe muitoo simpática, atenciosas, so temos elogios, superr recomendamos, inesquecível.

My overall stay went well. The location is convenient. However, if you're a light sleeper it could be an issue due to the proximity to the street and the constant honking. Also, one hour prior to checkout the owner of the building knocked on my door and asked to see the balcony. Then 10 other people joined. This was beyond rude and disrespectful and an unnecessary invasion of privacy. Especially when they only had to wait 60 minutes until I checked out. I will not stay there again only because of the owner of the building.

I highly recommend casa cavassa, it is centrally located, the service is amazing and friendly, rooms are very cute!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Cavassa in Cusco! This boutique hotel is a hidden gem—beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was the presence of two adorable cats who live at the hotel. They added such a sweet, homey touch and made us feel even more relaxed and comfortable during our time there. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. Casa Cavassa struck the perfect balance between comfort, character, and warm hospitality. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

They helped us check in much earlier at 5am and change our breakfast date as we needed to checked out very early to go to Machu Picchu. The services are very nice and the cats are cute and friendly.

Good location near plaza de armas

Mi estancia en Casa Cavassa fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer día, recibí un trato cálido y acogedor que me hizo sentir como en casa. Para mi sorpresa, el desayuno estaba incluido en mi estadía, algo que no aparecía indicado en Expedia al momento de hacer la reserva, y fue un detalle que realmente aprecié. Quiero destacar a Gisela, quien siempre fue muy atenta. Me recibía con una sonrisa cada vez que regresaba de mis tours y disfrutábamos de agradables conversaciones, lo cual agregó un toque especial a mi experiencia. La ubicación del hotel, a tan solo dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, es inmejorable. Además, la infraestructura es acogedora y amigable para las mascotas, y que tiebes gatos y perros. Las atenciones recibidas, junto con todos estos aspectos, hacen que recomiende Casa Cavassa a cualquier viajero que planee visitar Cusco. ¡Sin duda, volveré en mi próxima visita!

While touring the Cusco area my family and I stayed at Casa Cavassa for 8 days and loved the accommodation. Casa Cavassa is central to everything a tourist wants to see. Close to markets, shops, churches, cathedrals, historic centers, and ancient ruins! Such a great location, well maintained accommodation, and great staff who worked through my lack of local knowledge and language with ease. Extreme thanks to all of the Cas Cavassa staff for making our stay memorable, easy, and safe.

Pontos positivos: - Equipe cordial - Localização excelente - Cama confortável Pontos negativos: - Não possui elevador e a maioria dos quartos são em andares superiores - Edredons e cobertores extremamente sujos, sem condição de uso (e quando estive lá estava bastante frio) - Água do chuveiro demorava bastante para esquentar, quando esquentava - Um gato fica rodeando o café da manha todo tempo, inclusive sobe na mesa onde estão as comidas para comer o presunto - todos os dias ele esta lá e ninguém faz nada, os hospedes ficam espantando.

Pontos positivos: - Equipe cordial - Localização excelente - Cama confortável Pontos negativos: - Não possui elevador e a maioria dos quartos são em andares superiores - Edredons e cobertores extremamente sujos, sem condição de uso (e quando estive lá estava bastante frio) - Água do chuveiro demorava bastante para esquentar, quando esquentava - Cortina do banheiro de tecido grosso com bolor - Check-out antecipado "forçado" (deixamos as malas prontas as 7hs da manha na data de saída e fomos tomar café, inclusive deixamos coisas nas tomadas carregando - quando voltamos por volta das 7h30 no quarto as malas nem eletronicos estavam mais, tudo tinha sido levado para a recepção) - Um gato fica rodeando o café da manha todo tempo, inclusive sobe na mesa onde estão as comidas para comer o presunto - todos os dias ele esta lá e ninguém faz nada, os hospedes ficam espantando.

The bathroom had a strong odor, I believe from the drainage. Also, there were some open areas in the bathroom walls that were covered with paper. It was pretty loud during the evening/night because I believe the personnel bring their kids there n they’re playing around all day. Overall not a good experience.

Excelente ubicación. Cerca de la Plaza de Armas. Buena atención.

All the staff was amazing. The only problem is for people with cats allergies because there are two around the property. Great location, close ro plaza de armas

Unfortunately our first night the shower did not work and the bathroom was very smelly. We were moved to a nicer apartment style room the second night and whilst the bathroom was not smelly - there was no water in the entire hotel that night. So no showers for us until the morning. Staff brought a large jug of water to “assist” but honestly even with lower expectations we at least expected the minimum necessities - like running water. Sadly not a great experience overall.

Desde el Check-in hasta el check-out todo fue excelente, las chicas de recepción y servicios muy amables; en especial la señora del comedor muy atenta y amable. La limpieza de la habitación muy buena.

Had the 3rd floor room… it was freezing and no hot water for a few days. Super cute place over all, everyone super nice and 2 cute kitties running around and super social. Great room, just freezing at night, no insulation. 2nd floor rooms are better.

El personal muy amable, la habitación necesita muchas mejoras; pintura, juegos de cama sin manchas, toallas nuevas.
