ホテルはリゾート感があり、リラックスできる。 レストランやバーもある。 夜はプラネタリウム(スペイン語、英語、フランス語)が開催され、ナスカの地上絵と星座や太陽の動きを関連付けて説明されてとても興味深かった。 夜から明け方はWi-Fiが繋がらなかったのが少し不便を感じた。

Hotel remodelado, todo nuevo y en excelente estado. Personal atento, servicio muy bueno. Instalaciones variadas (gimnasio, piscina, bar, restaurante, etc)

Very close to the bus station, so the location was good. The room was very clean, though a bit outdated. The breakfast was very basic.

Las áreas comunes, alebrca y jardines excelente, muy bonito hotel

I was very disappointed. Outside is very nice but inside the room are worst than a motel. Definitely not worth the price at all. Breakfast options limited. Rooms are ugly. No table to put my laptop. Towels very old, did not have enought soap.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do terminal de ônibus da empresa Cruz Del Sur e restaurantes. Ótima estrutura e bem espaçoso. Quarto amplo e confortável. Porém, o piso terreo e os quartos deste piso são antigos. O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, pela magnitude do hotel o café da manhã deveria ser bem melhor, poucas opções e não saborosas.

The worst customer service: arrived and asked for the parking was told there was none, after finishing checking in my friend asked again and was directed to the parking. Went to shower no soap, asked for refill for the dispenser and was questioned as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Needed to charge my laptop , there was no plug for 110V. Gave me the run around, kept asking they told me they would lend me a plug, I’m still waiting for it. Couldn’t even tell me that I could charge it in the dining area. The worst breakfast, there were so many people staying and the food kept running out. Very limited options, few fruits, bread and scrambled eggs which kept running out of. Will never stay here again when in Nazca. The highlight was an owl.

The hotel is courtyard style with swimming pools in the centre. Very clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. The restaurant served reasonably good quality priced food. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodated our request for a late check out. There is a planetarium at the rear of the hotel which is worth a visit if interested in the Nazca lines. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The experience was bad they deceive us we paymented four times for eat inside hotel. They give us a price and when we going check out . Suprise !. that were not the prices, they are scammer, Also I had pay tax, I show them my passport where says I am not Peruvian and they say it not valid. They only want your money I never go there again. La experiencia fue mala nos engañaron pagamos cuatro veces por comer dentro del hotel. Nos dan un precio y cuando vamos a hacer el check out. ¡Sorpresa!. esos no eran los precios, son estafadores, ademas tenia que pagar impuestos, les muestro mi pasaporte donde dice que no soy peruano y me dicen no es valido Solo quieren tu dinero. Nunca vuelvo a ir allí.

Hotel is a couple blocks from intercity bus stations. Beautiful property, spacious and attractive rooms, with in room high quality safe that has clearly written instructions; swimming pool is very nice and cleaned daily. Decent breakfast although the choices are explained by the server in response to guest queries. So it’s like playing 20 questions with someone who has working English language skills and seems well meaning but a bit scatterbrained. In the two days before Christmas there were only a couple other guests besides me at early breakfast. When things get busy during high season I can see it being hectic and slow. The manager is friendly and approachable but doesn’t speak English. Outside noise occurs all night long from main thoroughfare traffic, barking dogs, garbage trucks, honking horns, etc. Ear plugs are a must for a good night’s rest. Still, DM Hoteles Nasca is a gem at the gateway to the main city area which is even busier and louder at all times. I had an enjoyable stay and am happy to recommend it to others.

It was OK for resting one night
