Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor desde el primer momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos realmente cómodos durante toda la estadía. Verónica y Marian se aseguraron de brindarnos todas las comodidades para mi familia.
Las instalaciones estaban impecables, siempre limpias, bien conservadas y cuidadas en cada detalle.
Además, el hotel cuenta con acceso directo a la playa. Justo al frente hay algunas rocas, pero a pocos pasos se encuentra una zona súper limpia donde se puede disfrutar del mar de forma tranquila, casi como si fuera privado. Asimismo, el lugar cuenta con diferentes áreas para desayunar, almorzar y cenar con tu familia, a tu disposición y comodidad.
En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel se encuentra en Canoas de Punta Sal, lo que lo hace un poco distante de otras opciones para hacer compras u otras actividades. Sin embargo, con ayuda del personal pudimos contactar taxistas que nos llevaron a Máncora, al balneario turístico de Punta Sal y a Vichayito. El hotel también cuenta con piscina temperada, duchas, baños y un área de juegos (fulbito y ping pong).
Como punto a mejorar, sugeriría añadir un menú más diverso en los desayunos. Éramos 5 personas y todos terminamos pidiendo lo mismo, ya que las otras opciones eran más ligeras. La comida del restaurante, en general, fue muy buena;
Sin duda, es en lugar al que volveríamos.

Staff is very accommodating. We cannot speak Spanish and this location and the entire region of this area of Peru is very Spanish. The people are very friendly and try so much to help. The property is very clean and extremely well maintained. The rooms are very large and the the beach is perfect. Long walks are possible. Food is good and free breakfast is quite tasty. Marianne and the rest of the staff helped us as best they could but I put most of the blame on us for our language ignorance.

Property very private and well artistically landscaped. Could hear the ocean waves at night to rock you to sleep with their sound :-)

This boutique is a hidden gem. It is right in front of the ocean. The staff is wonderful and eager to help you at all times, even when my mom wanted a cup of te late at night.
The beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and very fresh. The breakfast was included with the room; they offered 3 options all of them tasty and healthy. I will highly recommend this place.

El Samay Hotel Boutique is beautiful! I loved my time there, it is very well maintained, very clean and the food and the staff was great. It's a little paradise, with palm trees, bugambilias and lots of plants. We were there at the beginning of the week so we had the place to ourselves and really got to enjoy the swimming pool, the hammocks, and my favorite place was the gazebo close to the beach.

1 - Bom café da manhã, tudo muito gostoso.
2 - A comida do restaurante é excelente.
3 - Limpeza.
4 - Os funcionários foram gentis e atenciosos.
Pontos negativos:
1 - O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado e em maior quantidade, pedir para ficar repondo acaba sendo chato.
2 - No quarto havia algumas manchas em lençóis e colchas o que passa uma impressão ruim.
3 - Em dias quentes o ar condicionado não dá conta de resfriar o quarto.

El Samay Hotel Botique was the perfect getaway for our family. This is an extremely well-maintained property, right on the beach. The staff were wonderful, especially Percy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially liked the ceviche de pescado! The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Since there are currently only 4 units, the staff are able to provide attentive service to everyone. I noticed that the beach in front of the property was carefully raked each morning. The area surrounding the property (Punta Sal) is safe to walk around, as is Cancas Beach and Máncora. We went on a whale watching tour, which included freshly prepared ceviche and was capped off by swimming with sea turtles.
I would not hesitate to recommend El Samay to anyone.

This is like a gem in a desert! Neatly planed… with beautiful landscape and confortable areas to relax and enjoyed the scenery! Quiet and so pleasant to be anywhere in the facility! The staff really goes out of their way to take care of any need or want.
Percy management was great! And the breakfast included was plenty and tasty!
There is a good variety of dishes to pick out of their menu… for me “pescado a lo macho”was very good ….
Probably just one thing could be for somebody a little problem … which is the rocks on the shore and going into the sea …If one wants to swim without being worry about the rocks, you have to walk right or left, about a block or block 1/2 ….which is not bad … but is good to know about the rocks ahead of time.
In the other hand you always can sit carefully between the rocks and enjoy the water coming into the “ pocitas” refreshing you nicely. Inwill definitely come back and bring family and friends!
