Staying with Delfina at Fuente de Agua (Source of Water) felt like being in the warm comfort of my grandmother’s home. Great coffee and breakfast. Warm people and good conversations.

Nos fue increíble muy amable .

No alojé ya que estaba retirado del centro

La estadia fue muy buena y acogedor pero hubo un detalle al momento de hacer la reserva debido a que al momento de reservar se indicaba que el hotel quedaba a 0.6 km del centro, no siendo asi al momento de acercarnos a hospedarnos.

Muy amables y atentos. Solicité adicionales como planchado y secadora para el cabello, y fueron muy acequibles. Sería ideal mejorar el desayuno.

IT HAD SOME OLD TIME CUZCO. AFTER THAT NOT MUCH GOOD TO SAY. NOT A GOOD SPOT TO STAY IF GOING TO MACHU PICCHU. STAFT DOES NOT SPEACH "ANY" ENGLISH.

Onhandige locatie. Geen fijne buurt: langs verkeersriool. Meest verbazingwekkend was dat niemand in hotel Engels sprak cq begreep. Bij een 'coffee'-verzoek keek jong meisje je aan of je gek was. Bij vraag om 'a cold beer', waarbij je als gast gemakshalve maar even bierflesje in een vitrine aanwees, wilde ze het flesje uit vitrine halen. Ik zal toch niet de eerste zijn geweest die in dat hotel een verfrissend biertje wilde bestellen?!

Esta bastante lejos del centro. El personal es muy amable pero le falta informar mas acerca de sus servicios.

Ocupe la habitación 305 que no tenia closet ni ropero, la ducha pequeñisima, las almohadas viejas, siempre viajo al Cusco por trabajo y hay hoteles muy buenos por el mismo precio por eso me doy la libertad de reclamar, encima el personal del hotel ante mi queja dijo que estaba mintiendo que todas sus habitaciones cuentan con ropero y closet, les pedí a los de esta página que inspeccionen y si encuentran el closet y ropero me avisen, son 3 noches que estuve en ese lugar tan incomodo y no me.pude ir porque lamentablemente ya estaba pagado, lo único rescatable es el lindo decorado del comedor que es lo que mas resaltan en la página, pero personalmente la habitación 305 para mi no cumple con lo ofrecido es más deberia denunciarlos a indecopi, asi que si van a reservar el hotel mejor que sea por pagar en el mismo lugar, asi si no les parece lo ofertado se van a otro lugar y antes que me.olvide renueven sus toallas y almohadas

Don't stay there! It's far from la plaza de la armas, taxi charged me 50 soles to get me there, does not look like the picture , no shuttle service, 15 min not 7 to airport, no shuttle, no breakfast, aunts in bathroom, just don't do it! Absolutely sucks!!

Nice hotel, they tried to cater to my 5am breakfast request. But this hotel is 30mins from the central it is in the resident side of the city, so you will find atleast 3cabs that will tell you they cant take you there and thats even unbelievable for cabs here in Peru. Although this is a good hotel i dont think the distace is worth it. If you have a tour package they will not come to this location to pick you

El hotel muy bueno; mucha hospitalidad, me sentí como en casa. Es bonito y la comodidad, para el precio está bien. Sin embargo, el tema de la distancia del hotel al centro de Cusco es una desventaje, por lo menos para un turista de otro país o alguna persona sin automóvil, ya que queda a unos 30 - 40 min del Centro (el taxi cobra casi 3 dlls por viaje, o si encuentras uno buena onda, un poco menos). The hotel is way too far from the center of the town. Many tours did not picked me up at the hotel because it was to far. It takes from 25 to 30 minutes to get to the center. There are no attractions close to the hotel. The service was ok.

Nice hotel, away from the city center but if you're an adventurer like me, you'll enjoy the bus travel. I had a seizure and the hotel manager helped my brother getting a doctor. Really thankful for the help!

Excelente hotel, su servicio, limpieza, comodidad y la calidez del personal son muy buenos. La única desventaja es que está alejado del centro.

The hotel is very basic and far from the city center. Rooms and bathrooms are small. Staff is helpful and friendly. Decoration is an experiment in ugly andean kitsch. Breakfasts are homely. Surroundings are poor.

Hotel is for budget oriented travelers who don't mind a 30-minute cab ride to downtown Cusco.

It is nice and very homey place, very quiet staff is bery helpful
