The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. The hotel feels like an old English castle, made of so much stone.

Staff qas helpful and kind, bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was good !

A very nice setting, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet it’s well sorted and various fresh juices and fruits.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we went on our various tours. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Avoid room 19 since it is by the reception area and can get loud. Close to the Plaza but away from the hubbub. Highly recommended!

"I really liked the hotel's location, which was very close to Praça Armada, but I found the breakfast to be weak. However, I really liked the shower.

It’s a special hotel that I have been returning to for 20 years. The same 6 employees have been there almost the entire time because it’s it’s a great place to work, just like a great place to stay as a guest. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. The hotel is classic Cusco.

We had an amazing 4 night stay with our 13 and 15 yr olds. This hostal is full of charm. The family suite had a separate room for the kids and had everything we need. The breakfast was delicious as well. 100% recommend.

We stayed for 4 days with our 13 and 15 year old kids in the family room. Really comfortable with two separate rooms and amazing views of Cusco. Breakfst was plentiful and tasty!

Hotel is located about 10min walk to plaza de armas. They have a good continental breakfast. The room was clean and had a good view of the city. Staff was friendly and they also hold on to luggage. Went on a 4 day trek and they kept my luggage stored. Very convenient.

I stayed here twice: for several nights prior to an Inca Trail Trek and for one night after the trek. Had I submitted a review after the first stay in Room 11, it would have been all 5 stars. However, my second stay was in Room 19, and the experience was quite different. Both room are well appointed and very clean. However, while 11 is quiet, 19 is right by the front door, and all happenings at the front desk and all comings and goings are clearly audible. Note: Many treks and other trips depart between 3-5 a.m. I must still applaud the the friendly, helpful staff, the fresh breakfast and the overall charm of the building.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September. First, positive things - Staff and Service were extraordinary. Staff is very nice, very helpful. Property is very close to Plaza De Armas. On negative side, property is in shady area close to couple of nightclubs. Rooms are cramped and dated. Breakfast spread is very limited. I would give them 3 stars just because of staff and service.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, charmoso, com vista linda para a Plaza de Armas e para as colinas ao redor. Todo o pessoal é muito gentil e atencioso. A relação custo x benefício é ótima. Vale a pena!
