Esta bien pero falta elevador y Limpieza en la alfombra, los empleados amables

Realmente estuve en una habitación 203 y no tiene ventilación era un horno No pude dormir bien tuve que dormir con la puerta abierta

Muy buen hotel, regresaria en unos años. El desayuno es muy completo y esta en una excelente ubicación.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, mit welchem wir uns gut in Englisch verständigen konnten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Heizung, was sehr unüblich auf unserer Perureise war. Zur Küste und Einkaufszentrum Larcomar waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Bushaltestelle für den Airport-Express konnten wir in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, aber das ist in Peru scheinbar üblich, wie wir nach einigen Hotels festgestellt hatten. Die Gegend erschien uns sehr sicher und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

La première nuit j'ai eu un appartement au lieu de la chambre réservée, en rez de chaussée,froid et sombre et je n'ai pas apprécié du tout après 12h de vol et le décalage horaire. Par contre lorsque j'ai exprimé mon inconfort, ils m'ont attribué rapidement pour les 4 nuits suivantes une autre chambre correspondant à ma réservation et beaucoup plus agréable. A part ce petit incident, le séjour a été presque parfait. Le patio intérieur très agréable et très bon petit déjeuner. Excellente situation de l’hôtel dans le quartier Miraflores tout près de la promenade de bord de mer et des principaux sites. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais propre et les lits confortables.

Significantly smaller than shown in pictures, including the bed. Breakfast staff worked diligently but could not keep up with the crowd between 0730-0830. There was no elevator so we climbed 4 floors every time. While the front photo is of the courtyard, you will never be in there.

Bra rum till bra pris i området Miraflores. Detta område är det bästa o säkraste i Lima.

Local bastante confortável e funcionários atenciosos

The property is old and dated. No tooth brush or slippers are provided. You can not throw toilet tissue paper in the toilet and there are no lifts. The breakfast is the same every day and the quality is poor. Most of the staff were ok, but they were predominantly not friendly and welcoming. There was a female receptionist that worked during daylight hours at the hotel check in check out, she was rude and very cold. The winning point is the hotel location.

We arrived at night so we could not appreciate the beauty of the hotel, the surprise was the next day, how beautiful, the architecture, the combination of the modern with the past, is a very special corner with a special touch to which we will return. The excellent location, the fantastic breakfast, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room, 100 percent recommended. A very pleasant stay.

Location close to ocean views, Larcomar restaurants and parque Kennedy was great. Very safe area. We even tried local buses.

The place is very beautiful but they charged me more than what we agreed. I told them that the transaction was higher than expected but they refused to solve it

The worst experience ever. Front desk lady so rude and disrespectful I travel a lot and never in my life had such horrible experience

Ottimo Hotel in Miraflores, vicino al centro Larcomar e vicino a Av. Larco. Buona la camera, confortevole e pulita. Buona colazione servita in piacevole area caratteristica . Tutto Perfetto in linea con il rapporto Qualità-Prezzo !
