Pouca variedade no café da manha.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Packed us a breakfast on our early tour day.

Room was neat and clean, and bed was comfortable. Since my days started early with day trips, the staff was wonderful at accommodating my needs and provided a lovely lunch. The kindness that was extended during my stay was just great!

The staffs are nicely, located in city center, but the hotel has no heat, it was so cold during the night sleeping. And breakfast has not enough for all the people if coming late.

Big room and clean, very close to the plaza

The Inka Lam is well located for a walking tour of Cusco. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable.

la experiencia fue regular, dado que el hotel no tiene restaurante permanente y la atencion en el desayuno muy limitado.

Hotel is ok but did not change any reservations or return because the reservation was done with Expedia

Expedia has check out 10am already early but hotel says 9am! Noisy construction NO hot water for shower! Staff kind. But water and noise and 9am! Bad deal

I would not recommend this hotel to no one They don’t let you sleep, people start to clean the floors making so much noise at 3 am And the kitchen personal at 4 am Terrible experience

The location was within walking distance to the plaza. The hotel rooms were clean, and the staff were wonderful and very friendly. Special thanks to Xiomara, Renzo, Guillermo, and the other staff whose names I don’t remember — thank you!

La amabilidad del personal es increíble, especialmente de Xiomara, una bellisima persona, muy atenta. El desayuno es muy básico. Si vas queriendo descansar, no podras hacerlo aqui, ya que se escucha todo lo que conversan y cualquier ruido. El personal es realmente nice, te hacen sentir como en casa.

Excelente las instalaciones y el servicio prestado por Xiomara. Recomendado el hotel para quedarse en Cusco.

Close to the many restaurants

I am not one to leave reviews, but there was not one good thing about this hotel. To make matters even worse…. There is a club right in front of the hotel open 7 days/week and you won’t be able to sleep. Also, one of the nights we got back at 11pm from one of our day trips and they lock the front doors so there is no way we can go inside unless the receptionist opens up…. Well, we were locked outside in freezing weather for about an hour!!! We kept buzzing, banging on the door, and calling the hotel during that whole time. It took a little over an hour for the receptionist to get up from his nap to come open. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
