The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to, offering genuine warmth and helpful advice throughout my stay.
The rooms were impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate, and the comfort they offered was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. One of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 hot water—a seemingly small detail that makes a huge difference, especially after a long day of adventuring in the Andes. Knowing I could always enjoy a warm shower was incredibly comforting.
But the true hidden gem of this hotel has to be the stunning terrace located on the fourth floor. It's not just a terrace; it's a tranquil oasis! The views from up there are simply beautiful and incredibly relaxing, offering a panoramic vista of Pisac that allows you to truly soak in the town's charm. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea, watch the activity in the plaza below, or simply admire the surrounding mountains.

Lå helt glimrende til rett ved Plaza (main square), men fordi det var fest i byen bly det på mye støy frem til midnatt. Hotellet hadde kun varmt vann fire timer på formiddagen og fire timer på kvelden, men dette syntes ikke vi. Vannet var fremdeles iskaldt og det var forferdelig å ta en dusj, selv innenfor de timene det skulle være varmt vann. Fin utsikt fra terrassen på taket. Ingen vindu, kun resepsjonsglasskule ut i gangen. Personalet kunne lite engelsk.

Excellent hotel right on the town plaza. Free Parking right in front of the hotel. Large room. Great breakfast. Easy walking around town. Great access to taxi to go to the top of the hike to the Pisac Ruins.

You are not allow to shower after 9:00 am with hot water because the owner want to sabe on gas. He close the dolor at the hotel a10 pm, and he has only three employes that he explode and they are afraid of him

What a wonderful location! Right in the town square! But this town square is mostly pedestrian so lovely and quiet. We arrived on a Sunday in time for the colourful locals market which was very special.
The hotel is sparkling clean, has a great top floor breakfast area (and lovely breakfast) and our bed was comfy with lots of hot water. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.
