El personal muy amable, las habitaciones si podrían mejorar, hubo un tema con el cobro a la hora de hacer la reserva me comentaron que no jalo el dinero pero comentaron que la plataforma exepdia no jala el dinero y valide en mi banca y aparecen cobros.

Great location just steps away from the Plaza de Armes and friendly staff, I would stay here again.

Hotel Plateros is terrible. I’ve no words to share my agony. We paid $85 for one night. The hotel provided a disgusting room with terrible bathroom. The hotel gave us 2nd floor room. The 2nd floor button was not working and even after mentioning the front desk she didn’t bother to attend it. The rooms are disgusting and the bathroom is filthy. The front desk staff is very uncooperative and doesn’t accommodate any special requests. The owner was traveling and so at the time of checkout even after paying the entire amount the hotel gave such a hard time to give us a receipt for our stay. My end notes if you want a terrible stay go for this hotel otherwise Please stay off. They don’t deserve our business.

The building is old and the floors were uneven.

fiquei hospedada por 7 diárias e tive muitos problemas. Tive que trocar de quarto 4 vezes: duas porque o chuveiro não funcionava uma por conta das condições gerais do quarto (péssima conservação), e uma foi em função do quarto não ter janela, tinha fonte de iluminação natural através de tijolos de vidro mas era muito abafado. Apesar de tudo tenho que reconhecer que a localização é privilegiada e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e se desdobram para superar todas as dificuldades.

No me gusto que te cierran la puerta a las 11:30pm y despues de ahi si no andas en tour no te dejan entrar. Aparte qur tienes que hablar por telefono y te dejan esperando entre 20- 30 minitos para abrirte la puerta. Y llegas y todavia ye cuestionan si andabas de tour cuando previo tienes que avisar que vas a llegar despues de las 11:30pm. Me senti en una guarderia

Abigail in the front desk is such an amazing and helpful person. She will go outside and call a taxi for you, tell about how not to get scammed and just go the extra mile. Bed is good, breakfast is ok. Only thing that could improve is the showers. Mine was missing a handle and there was warm water for only 5 minutes

It was very loud everywhere. One of the blankets was stained with blood.

Central but very noicy location. Rooms were not in best shape. Breakfast ok.

Location was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Place was nice however the chairs on the room were flimsy. My sister tried to sit on a chair and ended up on the floor with a big bruise on her arm. Fortuanetly she did not brake a bone was injured more serisouly. We were charged for the flimsy chair and we paid but they need better chairs and room lighting

Location was great and price was reasonable. Room had space to lay out luggage and still move around conveniently.

La zona del desayuno tiene una vista muy linda. las habitaciones son cómodas, la ubicación muy buena.

Location and staff were great! Room and hotel looks old and needs work, but I was comfortable. Staff is willing to go the extra mile. I was late for breakfast and still decided to serve me. When I check out, breakfast did not start until 7am, at 6:15 the staff was letting me know that they would serve me breakfast so that I could leave at 6:30. Overall I give 5 stars because of the location and staff.
