オリャンタイタンボ駅からは上り坂ということもあり、意外に遠かったです。また、場所がわかりずらく、地元の方に聞いてやっとたどり着きました。また、ホテルの外には外食しなかったのですが、ホテル周辺は治安が良いとは言えなかったと思います。また、部屋にはドライヤーがなく、フロントまで借りに行かなくてはならなかった点が残念でした。部屋自体は狭かったものの、清潔感があり、快適でした。ただ、やはり風呂場の排水口の流れは悪かったです。

Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed it! It’s a great place to stay!!

A lovely little green oasis with rustic charm. We had a charming and spacious room overlooking the garden. Short walk to the main square. Just stunning views all around and a less touristy (and free admission) Inca ruin site just steps from the property. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great hotel close to train station, town center, restaurants and bus to Machu Pichu. Family trip with 2 daughters stayed 2 nights.

This place was nothing less than an oasis of peacefulness in a chaotic place. After a long day of Machu Picchu adventure (4:30AM to 7pm) we were greeted by the owner to see if we needed anything. The staff and the owner continually went out of the way to make our stay great. Filtered water in the room and bottled water available for purchase at the front desk. Breakfast was very good too!

The hotel is beutiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and there is parking. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great place to stay if you are traveling alone, or with a group.

Friendly staff and great location. Well situated just a few blocks from the central square of Plaza de las Armas, this hotel was previously a family home. The owners then built additional guest houses, a cafe, the breakfast room on the property. There is a tranquil well manicured garden to hang out on nice days, a few cats, and a dog. If the owner is there, she is very personable and will help with any questions or contacting local drivers / tour operators for last minute needs. It was clean and reasonably priced. Just take note if you travel in winter and are used to central heating it will be chilly as there is only space heaters provided and you need to traverse across the courtyard to the different communal buildings. I absolutely loved this charming hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The garden like feel to the property provided an oasis from the noise and dust of Ollantaytambo. Staff were very helpful with information, directions and suggestions. Location provides easy access to main square and sights. Room was pleasant, clean and warm. Good breakfast

Beautiful location, very friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel. Large property right in this busy little town. But it has wall around it enclosing a beautiful property so you don't even feel like you are in town. Yet you walk the door and walk around town and even down to the train station if you like. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic service. Tula Gibaja, one of the Owners, was very helpful in directing us to hikes, sites to visit in the city and surrounding area, and places to go to. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful. The lounging areas were beautiful. The rooms were quiet and very clean. Location was great.

Fomos muito recebidos pela recepcionista super simpática, que nos deu todas as dicas sobre a cidade. O quarto é um charme, muito aconchegante. Café tinha o básico que nos atendeu nos dois dias de estadia. Quanto a localização, fica a uns 5 minutos da praça principal da cidade, e a uns 25min da estação de trem que sai para Machu Picchu.
