We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel from a Thursday - Sunday. But on the Friday night, the music from the club across the street made sleeping impossible... until 3:00 am!! It was horrible! We were VERY excited on the Saturday when we walked by and some bylaw officials were shutting it down for the night. Not sure if this is a long-term thing or just a one-night penalty of some soft but at least we got to sleep before heading to Colca Canyon. If the club was not across the street, the location and room would have been rated as a 5 star.

Good place to stay, nearby the main plaza of arequipa,

The building and the room are very nice atmosphere. All staffs are very nice and helpful very much. Very nice location to go many place in historic area. Only weekend nights are quite noisy at night because the disco place is close.

Great boutique hotel with accomodating staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

A 3 calles de la Plaza Mayor (Plaza de Armas), en la calle Jerusalén que tiene acceso reducido de vehículos. Casona antigua con reformas modernas que hace el sitio perfecto para estar en Arequipa, conocer la ciudad. Buen servicio de desayuno y limpieza diarios, siguiendo los protocolos COVID-19. Altamente recomendable.

My stay at La Casa de Margott was excellent and exceeded my expectations. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Staff members (specially Elizabeth) were super helpful, kind and nice. Very attentive and accommodating to any guest needs and/or questions. The place, both common areas and rooms are impecable, very well kept, nicely decorated and clean. They also pack the cutest breakfast bags and deliver them straight to your room door each morning for you, these are included in the room rate. Wifi and hot water were never an issue, they are available and uninterrupted 24/7. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from Arequipa’s main square and you have a couple restaurants and mini market on the same block as the hotel. You definitely get your money’s worth and I would highly recommend anybody visiting Arequipa to stay here! Gracias por una estadía increíble, pienso regresar de todas maneras! El hotel está súper cerca de la plaza de armas, la atención de todo el personal es muy buena y siempre estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades. Volvería y recomendaría este hotel 100%

Hôtel très bien situé, calme, propre. Notre chambre était grande, la literie confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. On recommande !
