All of staff is very friendly and kind. They provide guests latest information that helps safe travel. And the room is new and clean. We can use hot shower. In addition, breakfast is tasty. I will definitely choose this hotel when I stay again in Lima.

I had a rather unfortunate experience with Lima18. I met up with some friends for dinner and drinks and when I returned to the hotel, there was no night clerk to buzz me through the gate. I repeatedly tried to buzz and call the desk, but no answer. After 2 hours, I was assisted by 7…7…Miraflores police officers who helped me pry open the gate and navigate the locked front door. I was finally able to make it to bed by 4 am. I work in the hospitality industry so I understand that mistakes happen, but I always try to own up to those mistakes and make it up to the client. The hotel was completely unaware of the events until I told them and I was told I would receive a follow up from management. I have waited a week for contact, but have not heard back. Very unfortunate because it’s a lovely hotel and the staff is very kind. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I would hate to think of this happening to someone less capable of handling the situation.

Our stay here was perfect. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is most of the outlets in our room didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem once we realized it we just charged our phones on the one that worked.

Lima 18 Boutique is a beautiful place right in the heart of Miraflores district with easy access to airport and everything else to see the wonder city of Lima. The staff is very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed and made us feel welcome. The breakfast options were plenty and tasted amazing. So glad we stayed here. Highly recommend it.

Excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommended Lima 18. The location is in Miraflores district which is very beautiful. The hotel lobby is so beautiful. The breakfast was made to.order fresh daily.

Super hôtel et le personnel y est super !

We appreciated staying in this smaller property in the quieter streets of Lima. We chose it because I wanted to take my boyfriend for dinner on his birthday at the nearby restaurant at the Huaca Pucllana pyramid (excellent food and views). The rooms were quiet, and the staff made sure we had a packed breakfast ready to take when our Peru Hop bus picked us up early in the morning. We were happy we chose this hotel.

First time in a boutique hotel and we loved the experience. Quiet, but close to great restaurants and attractions. It may be our new vacation mode when visiting historical places.

I only stayed one night but would definitely come back. The staff was super helpful, particularly since I had an awkward flight time to coordinate with my checkout. The rooms are very up to date, clean and well appointed. The overall property is super cute and comfortable as well.

Best was service— Natali got us everything we wanted for breakfast— helped money changing— Close to Pucllana Huaca—which was great. Efficient pickup from airport. Very tranquil location. All positive only a few negative- (broken toilet seat and room was small. ). Breakfast good— whatever you want.

All the staffs were super helpful and so kind!! When I was checking in she let me view 3 rooms and pick the best one, which I thought was so considerate of them. Their breakfast is the best also. I stayed 4 days and was able to try almost all on their list and they were all very good. I also loved the fact that it is located pretty safe neighborhood. I would stay here again in the future and would strongly recommend it!!:))

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber dafür sauber und gemütlich. Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby zur Selbstbedienung vorhanden.

Lovely place, well maintained and clean. Super helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. They didn’t need to change the towels every morning though😳 Highly recommended!

Possibly one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had. Im a very experienced traveler and thoroughly enjoyed this place. Its a small locally owned hotel, only 6-8 rooms, so the staff and attention to detail is wonderful here. The room was big and the grounds were well kept and pretty. Breakfast which was included was very nice as well.

Tuve muy buena experiencia desde antes de llegar! Fueron muy atentos y rápidos en responder y en ayudarme a coordinar el translado desde el aeropuerto. Tambien muy agradecida con la flexibilidad en cambios de mi reserva ya que llegue un dia más tarde de lo anticipado y no me permitieron cancelar sin costo. El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio con decoraciones muy lindas!

Trevligt bemötande av tjejen Nathalia som jobbar där! Hon var ensam nu i det så kallade ”Coronatider” Hon skötte allt incheckning, frukost, städning m.m låg väldigt bra! Gångavstånd till det mesta..
