Most disturbing about this place is that the actual address of the hostel is Calle Diego Ferre 249 and not the one Hotels.com lists or sends in the confirmation e-mail after booking. Although a hostel receptionist did send me a WhatsApp message with the correct location, I never received it until AFTER I checked in and had WIFI access for my cell phone. In the meantime, I went to the incorrectly listed address, and the exasperated homeowners informed me the hotel that had been there moved years ago but were unsure where, After walking several blocks back to the Parque Central Miraflores for WIFI access fir my lap top computer, I stumbled upon the correct address because the Quechua equivalent of "White House" popped up on Google Maps and I luckily know enough of the language. I then went to the address provided that turned out to be the correct one.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Lovely hostel with great service.

Do NOT trust the shuttle service offered via Jhonny on WhatsApp!!! Cause 14 of us to miss our flights - we were told 2 vans would be able to pick us up in the morning, but no one showed up. Cost the group over $1500 USD in re-booking fees and had to spend 16 hours waiting in the airport for the next flight.

Hi we couldn’t find the hostel at the given address and we ended up getting a hotel nearby as it was midnight. I’d like a complete refund

Lima white house is an intimate little hostel, in a perfect spot in Miraflores, only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Jhony, the hostel manager, and his staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful. Jhony also speaks good English.

The staff at Lima White House went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly friendly and outgoing, helped with any questions or needs we had, and even enjoyed a night of ping pong with my mom. We will be staying here again at the end of our trip AND we will recommend this place to everyone going to Lima. Thank you so much Lima White House! See you soon!

I chose this facility in expectation of a private room in a hostel and access to a kitchen to fix my own meals. Arrived at Lima White House and no one there. It is closed. Called the phone humber- fortunately had Peruvian friends with me. Move to LLaqta Wasi Hotel a couple of blocks away. Nice place and staff, good breakfast, economical for Miraflores district. But not a hostel, and no kitchen. I would suggest not dealing with closed Lima White House. Seek further for a hostel. As a hotel LLaqta Wasi is okay for the money. Good location in Miraflores near Av. Jose Larco and the Malecon.

Al llegar al hotel nos damos cuenta que el lugar a está vacío Sin ninguna señal o información. De no ser por una persona qué pasó y nos dijo que el lugar cambió de nombre y que lo movieron a la otra cuadra de atrás. No habríamos llegado o ubicado el lugar. El servicio en el lugar fue exelente pero es una completa falta de servicio el no informarme de los cambios ya que las reservaciones se hicieron con demasiada antelación
