The people who run this hotel are INCREDIBLE. While we were there, they ordered or excursions, and all our taxis and let us know ahead how much it would cost, and if we needed a taxi for a specific time, it was there promptly. The food for breakfast was great--breads, jams, cereal, tea, coffee, yogurts, meats and cheeses. The beds were comfy and the room had enough space for luggage and a small couch. The restroom is one toilet and one shower, so you have privacy, but it shared among guests on the floor, no big deal. The only challenge is that the water isn't hot for a shower. It's not even tepid. That was rather hard for me to deal with. The hotel offers extra blankets, heaters, and blow dryers, all upon request. There is wifi and tv in the rooms. One thing to note, the ceilings are high downstairs, so what you hear downstairs does echo upstairs. The area is safe and clean.

Great hotel, very affordable, staff was super friendly and helpful, it is a little outside of down town but the cab to the center of town was only 6soles (about $2)

Fantastic! Tucked away in a residential area, it’s only about 6 Soles for a taxi to the main square. The owners and staff were wonderful and always eager to assist. Excellent enail communication! My only minor quibble is that I’m a light sleeper and sound carries up from the lobby. Earplugs helped! I would not hesitate to recommend this gem! You won’t find a better value!

The staff were great, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with only minor rough edges.

Exceptional hospitality. Only a quick 5 minute car ride to the town center (about 5 soles). You xan also walk it, takes about 30 minutes. Spacious room.

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. The staff was willing to go out of their way to accommodate us, even helped with some excursion challenges! The host even walked us to our meeting point at 4:00am!!!! I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

My two friends, my wife, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is kept locked, with a doorbell to ring when you arrive. Each day, we arrived late and had to leave early in the morning(3-4:30) to get to our planned excursions. The owners were always available. Very friendly and approachable. They called us taxis, and negotiated fair pricing with them. Knowledgeable about things to do in Cusco and surrounding areas. Saved us from being ripped off by taxis by telling us what the cost from A-B should be. Reliable Wifi. We felt safe staying in this hotel and leaving our items there during the day while we were out. It was all 4 of our favourite place to stay and it had a great price!

Grate hotel at a reasonable price. Good location, quite, excellent breakfast, management very helpful. Convenient to the airport and the city center. The toilet amenities can be improved.

We booked this hotel because it appeared to give you the most bang for your buck. Indeed, the three of us shared our own room with a private bathroom at a hostel price. Beds were super comfy, breakfast was good, and the wifi worked great. Most importantly, when our two hour ride back from Ollantaytambo was delayed in a nightmarish way and we arrived at FOUR AM, the hotel operator received our message and assured us he would be there to let us in in the middle of the night. GREAT SERVICE!!! My only concern about this hostel is the location. It is not walking distance to anything of interest, BUT taxis into town (about 5-7 min away) were only 5-10 soles! That's about $3! And it's really close to the airport.
