The Bar upstairs, but the staff don’t speak English only one and he was the bar tender at night. The staff where young inexperienced, I brought my family there, breakfast was horrible and the coffee was old reheated coffee. The bar tender is the owner Marco but you only see him in the evening, this hotel could be a lot nicer, not recommended for family’s. the location was good san blas. Stayed 4 days oct 7 to oct 11

Muy buena atención del personal, totalmente recomendado. Todos los días realizaban limpieza de la habitación. Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas y si bien la habitación no tenía vista, con la terraza cumplía muy bien. Buen desayuno.

Mooie schone kamers, goede douche, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Op 3 minuten van San Blas kerk.

Um absurdo no Site fala servico 24 horas. Minha reserva estava paga chegamos de machupichu as duas da manhã e o hotel estava fechado sem atendente campainha sem funcionar e ninguém atendendo o telefone. Eu e minha família na chuva sem onde dormir tivemos que sair à procura de hospedagem no meio da madrugada.

First thing to note is that cars can not access the road this hotel is on, so if you have a lot of luggage, I wouldn’t suggest it. The service was fantastic! All of the people who work there are friendly and accommodating. The internet in the rooms is not good enough to get emails, so we spent a lot of time in the breakfast room which overlooks the city. It took us a while to realize that you need to ask them to turn on the hot water tank if you want a hot shower. They were more than happy to turn it on and let you know when it was ready. The breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty.

La habitación limpia y cómoda, la atención es buena, el único pero es que la habitación daba al pasillo y entraba la luz y el ruido. Recomendable

Buena relación precio calidad, habitación y camas cómodas. Ubicado en el sector de San Blas, cercano al centro histórico del Cusco. Varios locales de artesanía y restaurantes camino al hotel.

Great rooms though no windows. Fantastic location close to SAN Blas Plaza.

Only the first day they have not a water for take the shower, but after very well

Hotel agradável, boa localização, porém alguns quartos muito barulhento.

The hotel is located above Iglesia San Blas, a very steep climb. It's in a pedestrian area and has no taxi access. Our room was large but didn't look like the picture. Shower had an electric water heater at the shower head and the water was luke warm. View was nice and staff friendly. Breakfast very basic, served in a freezing cold room above the hotel. Overall: basic accommodation that should have cost half what it did. We will not go back.

Lo mejor: el servicio, el personal estuvo siempre atento para ayudarnos y resolver nuestras dudas. La ubicación también es muy buena en el barrio de San Blas, una zona turística con excelentes vistas de la ciudad y con una arquitectura muy interesante. Además, cerca del centro de Cuzco a unos 7 minutos caminando. Todo fue excelente.
