The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

観光地へのアクセスは抜群で、目の前の通りは広いので空港間のタクシーも使いやすいです。
共用部がとても綺麗で、各階にドリンクコーナーもあるのが便利でした。
テラスからの眺めは最高です。
初日から高山病になり重い頭痛と吐き気に苦しみましたが、ホテルのスタッフさんが酸素ボンベを貸してくださりなんとか観光ができるレベルに回復することができました。2日間の滞在で何度もぶり返しましたが、その度に酸素ボンベを貸してくださいました。施設の素晴らしさはもちろん、とてもホスピタリティに溢れるホテルでした。

The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us.
We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it.
We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.

Room was large and clean. The staff was very kind. The date when my friend and I stayed at the Hotel was my friend's birthday. When we returned from dinner, they presented a surprise gift for my friend. The only thing I did not like was a hair dryer. We had to keep pushing a button to keep it running.

Perfect location in Cusco, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms have a bit stuffy indoor climate, unless you open the windows, but then you have to live with the loud noise of the city. No aircondition. No elevator. Still,

Excellent location one block from the Plaza de Armas and hundreds of restaurants, shops and activities. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating and helpful. Our room was great for 4 men traveling together, two single beds on the first level and a queen on the second loft shared by father and son. Full modern tiled bathrooms on both levels.

The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. If you are on any second floor room from room 200 to about room 210, you are in for a rough night. We had trouble sleeping with the noise. The room has a window that opens to the atrium as well, so no chance for fresh air.
