Clean room

Breakfast very good most of the days, room needs some maintenance, such as the sink drain, power outlets too loose and noisy air conditioning.

El agua no salía muy caliente. Todo lo demás bien.

Nos quedamos 3 noches en total,la primera fue imposible dormir porque la habitacion daba al cruce de dos avenidas,el sonido de los carros y claxons no nos dejaron dormir,solicité cambio de habitación pero no había disponibilidad, al día siguiente insistí por el cambio y la señorita de la mañana pudo resolverlo. Mejoró la estancia en la nueva habitación,el desayuno fue sencillo pero saludable y muy rico. Lo que más nos gustó del hotel fue su ubicación.

Staff are super helpful and wanted to make my stay comfortable. It has everything I needed. The hotel is on a street that is not too busy as others, but I felt safe at all times. It is in a super walkable area, with lots of dining options.

They charged me a tax despite the fact that I demonstrate that I wasn't a resident of Peru. They kept asking for a document that Peru 's IRS (SUNAT) didn't require in their website to demonstrate residency overseas.

Hotel bem completo e com ótima estrutura, café bem completo também.

The room was okay. It wasn't even sound proof. There was no give in the bed. We asked for an extra blanket. Was given a mattress pad. The bathroom was poorly designed. The toilet was so close to the wall that you had to turn sideways to use it. The tub of the floor was so dirty and you wouldn't want to set foot in it. The breakfast was luke warm especially the pancakes and french toast.

The hotel was in a good location, within short, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores. Convenient, clean, and quiet location.

Nice room; modern and clean. Room was spacious with kettle, tv, bottled water and usb sockets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not a huge choice but enough to get the day started! Coffee machine available 24/7 in reception. Unfortunately roof top hot tub was not functional, and indoor pool looked grubby so didn't use. I was not overwhelmed with the friendliness of staff.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed, and I truly appreciated the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel. However, I must express disappointment with the breakfast service. The dining room was very small, and it was overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, primarily focused on bacon-based items, which seemed unusual for a hotel of your caliber. As a guest, I would expect a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, especially at a 4-star establishment. It is also uncommon to have to pay extra for an omelette at a hotel breakfast. This was a first for me, as even in smaller hotels or bed-and-breakfast establishments, they typically offer to prepare an omelette for you at no additional cost. I don’t believe this would be costly for the hotel, but it’s an important consideration for the guest experience. I believe improvements in the breakfast offerings and the dining room setup would significantly enhance the guest experience. I was also surprised by the lack of communication from the hotel staff. During my stay, I encountered agents who didn’t speak a word of English, which felt a bit unusual and impersonal. Clear communication is an important part of a positive guest experience, and I believe speaking English in a such high rated hotel would have made a big difference.

THe SouRoom Soundproofing could be better.The Swimming Pools is more like a Paddle Pool.That said its neat & tidy Business type Hotel with Great Staff & a good Central Location in Miraflores..

For the price, the unit was super comfortable and spacious.

room was clean and tidy, was quite noisy so struggled to sleep, appeared to be construction going on until late, apart from the door man staff weren’t really around to get the free drink

The hotel is located in a good Central place. The only thing I can complain about is that the jacuzzi was out of service during winter, which I booked this hotel for that.

Good area, noisy but close to everything. good stay

Airport transportation is non existent. They can call a taxi for you which anyone is capable of doing.
