They advertise a gym but there is no gym it is a small room with a broken treadmill and a broken smith machine which is held together by duct tape. They are not responsible for your possessions while u go out of the hotel as stated on the door . They serve a breakfast that is cold poorly cooked scrambed eggs , and frozen chicken nuggets heated in a heating tray which isnt heated or under any flame , so the eggs are cold which can get you sick , the staff will not help you with your suitcases. The staff are Have an angry Demeanor and are non engaging and unfriendly . The beds have ticks from the previous guests who travel with pets . The hotel is dark with minimal Lighting , it feels more like closed office bujlding . The pool is a large jacuzzi type tub that is not heated . Stay away from this place. I complained and checked out the next day . Por favor leer esto No se queden en este hotel. No vale la Pena.

I liked the hotel and the rooms; it was affordable. However, I didn’t like the way the lady at the reception talked to me like she was the owner of that place. Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru. Their excuse was that it’s because I’m Peruvian. I am both Peruvian and American, I have dual citizenship and live in the U.S. I’ve never had these problems with Costa del Sol or any other hotel in Peru.

Limpio, personal atento, bien ubicado, habitaciones confortables, si es huésped peruano debe pagar adicionalmente el IGV, pero esto está especificado al momento de hacer la reservación. Para los huéspedes extranjeros es ideal ya que están exonerados del impuesto.

Hotel pequeño pero confortable, limpio y en una excelente zona. Cercano a restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y un centro comercial.

Hotel novo, quarto bom , banheiro 10com secador de cabelos, atendimento excelente, café bom, funcionários cordiais tudo de bom

Hidden gem in Trujillo. Close to PanAmerican Hwy and walking distance to shopping center. Very well appointed rooms and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Me indicaba la reserva un monto a pagar total quise pagarlo con tarjeta el momento de la reserva y no se pudo, y cuando llegue me cobraron 40 dólares más todo mal

I wish I found this hotel sooner, it's nice. Hot water, stable WiFi, completely modern, decent breakfast. Everything is new. The air-conditioner didn't turn on but I used the nice fan and it was perfect. Will stay here very often in the future! The nice Real Plaza mall is a 15 minute walk.
