Un pequeño y bien ubicado hotel. Las habitaciones, por lo menos las del tercer piso, donde estuve, son muy pequeñas y hechas de Drywall lo que no presta el aislamiento adecuado ni del frío, ni de los ruidos de otras habitaciones. El servicio es muy básico, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, por ejemplo. Está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es muy básico y nunca está listo al 100% a las 7am como lo ofrecen. Si solo vas a descansar es una buena opción por precio - calidad, pero si esperas algo más, como permanecer ahí durante el día, no lo recomiendo.

Hotel ,pequeño, pero bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones del tercer piso son realmente pequeñas y el baño minusculo, además frente al pequeño comedor, por lo que si quieres dormir un poco más, no podrás hacerlo por el ruido de la gente que sube a tomar desayuno. Desayuno que nunca está listo a las 7am como dicen, a esa hora recién comienzan a subir las cosas y está listo 15 o 20 minutos después, por lo que si sales temprano, no lo ves. Además es bastante básico (pan, café queso y algún jugo) No lo vi muy ecológico, salvo una bonita entrada toda cubierta de plantas y enredaderas y un aviso para que no botes los frascos de champú, porque los reutilizan. Si vas con maletas grandes o más de una, preparate a hacer ejercicio porque nadie te ayuda ni a subirlas ni a bajarlas y la escalera es bastante estrecha. En general el servicio es bastante básico, aunque son amables. No tiene servicio de comidas, pero puedes pedir delivery de los restaurantes de comida rápida cercanos. Y de las vistas...? Bueno el Misti al fondo, tratando de aparecer entre los árboles y construcciones cercanas, mejor vista hay desde el puente cercano.

It was a short stay but everything was great overall. Good location and the title of this review says it all.

Interesting location, it was wrongly represented on the expedia google map. No where near the plaza as stated. Nice walkway along the river right across the street. Roof top breakfast was fantastic. However no shops or restaurants nearby which made it difficult to find anything to eat, especially in the dark.

Trevlig upplevelse, rent, utmärkt frukost, bra pris via appen och möjlighet att boka samma natt vi anlände. Fin atmosfär. Rekommenderas!

We booked as a stopover to board next flight so did the job, clean room, queit location, in the city centre.

There was no window or fan in the room. The fridge was unplugged. The room smelled musty, like it needed airing out. Staff were very nice.

Great little hotel. Pros - good location, fantastic breakfast, plenty of hot water and friendly staff. Only downside (but in my opinion minor) is its right next to a school so quite noisy in morning and afternoon. But excellent value for money and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Solicitei transfer para me buscar no aeroporto, liguei confirmando e não mandaram. Checkin foi péssimo, perguntei sobre o táxi, nada respondeu o atendente. Não nos explicou absolutamente nada sobre senha, horário e local para café da manhã. Pedimos serviço de despertador que também não foi feito.

This is a good budget place right on Bolognessi and the park. Cross the bridge and you're in town and not far from plaza de las armas. Easy enoughto get around with taxi or on foot. I wouldn't wander around alone on foot after 10 PM, but everything else was fine. Some review on the noise but I was on the lower level in back, so I wasn't affected. Just about right for the stay and need!

Lugar cómodo y limpio, habitaciones sencillas pero bonitas, camada cómoda con bastante abrigo y baño luminoso, la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado pero no hacía tanto calor de dia

La información que el Hotel ha proporcionado a Hoteles.com (Expedia) que figura en su página web sobre la ubicación del hotel ES FALSA. Se consigna que está en la Plaza de Armas y la distancia a la Catedral y a otros sitios históricos ubicados alrededor de la Plaza de Armas es FALSA. La distancia a pie hasta la Plaza de Armas es de veinte minutos teniendo en cuenta que hay que caminar lento porque hay que subir caminando a una altura de 2328 msnm sobre el nivel del mar.

The hotel is very basic, but perfectly comfortable for the price you pay. Some rooms boast amazing views of the mountains surrounding Arequipa, which is nice. We enjoyed having a refrigerator in our room, and appreciated the cheap laundry service offered. They also let us leave our stuff when we went to Colca Canyon for a 2D/1N trip, which was helpful. The room is a little bright and the outside can be noisy, so earplugs and eyemask are recommended. It's a short walk from nearly everywhere you'd want to go in Arequipa, making it a great home base for the week we spent there.

THE SHORT / Refugio Ecologico is a small hotel, with three stories, located just by the river in Arequipe. For the price we paid, it was a great option, especially if you have ear plugs and an eye mask :) PROS / The location is ideal, a short walk to all the major sites and many great restaurants. Breakfast is basic, but filling. The staff are incredibly helpful! We loved having a refrigerator in our room :) CONS / The wifi is slow, but bearable. You'll definitely want to bring earplugs as it's quite noisy and in addition to the windows being very thin, there are car alarms going off all night. You'll also want to bring an eye mask as the curtains don't actually block out light. For the price of the room, the annoyances were easy to deal with!

Hotel sits across the street from a park by the river and is within walking distance from downtown Arequipa. Very helpful staff.

La estancia es correcta. Buena atención en recepción. No hemos tenido problema alguno más bien al contrario, si hemos tenido alguna duda nos la han ayudado a superarla. Habitación clara, soleada y limpia. Sin lujos pero suficiente.
