スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だった

スタッフはとても優しく、丁寧で迅速でした。 早朝のツアーに行く時は、朝食を詰めてくれました。 部屋のwi-fiもよかったです。 水回りが綺麗で快適でした。 またクスコに来たら、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

1階に蟻がいたのが気になりました 他はよかったです

This boutique hotel was incredible and I would highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful from check-in to breakfast to checkout. The rooms were very clean and spacious especially the king bedrooms. The only minor hiccup was a long wait for hot water but we had all the amenities. Excellent value for price.

Hotel aconchegante, bem localizado e muito limpo. Oferece chá de coca, água quente e gelada à vontade. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro ótimo. Deixo um elogio para o Diego, que foi muito atencioso e prestativo frente às necessidades dos hóspedes.

Staff is very kind. Professional, given to help. Room is clean and comfortable. At night could be better the noise from the city in the room. Breakfast is good with several options to choose. Good affordable option overall.

Quarto era otimo, mas o cafe da manhã estragou a estadia.

The great thing about Saska Hotel was that Carlos was very kind to us! We didn’t have any plans except for going to Machu Picchu. Then Carlos coordinated us to make plans, so we don’t get bored. I had an altitude sickness and without Carlos’s support We could not enjoy our first visit to Cusco. For example, he recommended us going to a tour, restaurants, and museums. Also the good thing was that they prepared for our breakfast and it was decent and the bedroom was very nice, but in the night it was noisy. I recommend to book the other side of the streets so you can sleep well. Saska Hotel had a good service because they had umbrella and an oxygen and coca tea for people who had an altitude sickness. Also in the room they had a refrigerator and a safety box. In the lobby they had filtered water, so we didn’t have to save money. Every day the cleaning person cleans daily and it was very comfortable. In the day we had to checkout at 10:00 and we had to use sometime until the flight departure at night. The good thing is that they kept our luggages for free.

Room and balcony nice

Where to start? The room was amazing! Clean, pretty, quiet... the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was so nice and clean; and the food was very good: fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, etc. But the true star is the staff. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel well one night and Don Luis got me tea to our room and offered to go to the pharmacy for me. He was soo nice.

I loved this place and the staff were so friendly. I definitely recommend if you're staying in cusco.

Suíte grande, limpeza, gentileza da equipe de funcionários.

Equipe de funcionários cordial e solícita, quarto excelente, limpeza muito boa e café da manhã ok (o "chafé" peruano não é do gosto brasileiro). Enfim, adoramos.
