スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だった

スタッフはとても優しく、丁寧で迅速でした。 早朝のツアーに行く時は、朝食を詰めてくれました。 部屋のwi-fiもよかったです。 水回りが綺麗で快適でした。 またクスコに来たら、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

1階に蟻がいたのが気になりました 他はよかったです

The front desk team is absolutely top notch. They will help you out as much as possible. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Also being able to request a Togo breakfast before heading out was a life saver.

Nice and clean palce , near to central , well communicate staff

The room was spacious, with a huge backroom and a cute balcony facing the courtyard. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was substantial with savory local dishes, fruits and drinks to choose from. Because it is a 15 minute walk away from the main square, the local area is pretty quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed after the Inca Trail hike. The hotel also offers a reasonably-priced laundry service that we made good use of. Only thing to note is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of the noises coming from upstairs and even the reception (we weren't there during a busy time so it was tolerable).

Saska is one my favourite hotels in Peru. The staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was fantastic for a smaller hotel, there werelots of food options. I saw most rooms had a little balcony area. The free filtered water was very helpful, wifi worked well, and the room was quiet. The only downside was our bed was firm.

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du centre historique de Cusco. Le personnel est très aimable et donne de bonnes recommandations pour les visites des sites aux alentours.

O hotel deve ser ótimo para estadias curtas, porém o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado foi bem desagradável. Primeiro quarto, ao lado da recepção, onde se ouve todos entrando e saindo, conversando, arrastando as malas... além disso há uma janela de vidro que não tem cortina e que dá na recepção onde fica ligada a luz até metade da madrugada e toda luz entra no quarto. É péssimo pra ter um sono tranquilo.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. I debated whether or not to write this, but I feel like other travelers should know. The first night of my stay I checked in kind of late after 9 PM. It was raining and there was a terrible sewer smell in my room. The smell lasted all night and I even tried to cover the drains with towels and cups and leave the door open. The next morning, the smell was slightly better, but it was still there so I decided I wanted to end my reservation early. The staff was very understanding and kind and did give me a refund. So I’m completely OK with mistakes as long as they are addressed and taken care of. The staff in the hotel did the right thing, and I would give them another chance. Who knows what the terrible smell was from if it was the rain or what but they did the right thing and fixed the problem so I applaud them for that.

Sentralt, god service, god frokost. Litt harde senger.
