Extremely loud music throughout the night. This place is not livable at all.

They make parties at night and walls are not prepared to block noise. I had to cancel my second night and I didnt get the refund! Terrible. Cleanness was not enought and place wasnt well kept. Pictures are not true.

Basicão. Os recepcionistas não procuram ajudar. Por diversas vezes tive que esperar um longo periodo alguem aparecer para atendimento.

Horrible first night experience. They had a DJ on a terrace right across from our room. Started around 10. Signs inside our room in English and Spanish said Quiet Hours were from 11 PM to 7 AM and to please be considerate of guests.We had been on a bus from Lima to Huaraz that took almost 10 hrs and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:50 PM. We were exhausted. I didn’t mind the music for the first 2 hrs. It was a Saturday and I tried to be understanding. But the 1 AM rolled around and the party was still going on. I went down to talk to the receptionist. She told me she didn’t know when it would be over. She went to check with the DJ, and she came back and said maybe another hour. I was frustrated. Went back to my room and put my noise canceling headsets in, which didn’t help much as the music and yelling and singing was really loud just outside my balcony. 2 AM rolls around and the party is still going strong and loud. 3 AM and still going on. I’ve had enough at this point. I go down and ask for the receptionist to call the police because there was not a phone in the room, and I have US phone service. She doesn’t call the police, but goes to talk to the DJ again. I go to my room in total frustration. We have a tour that starts at 8 AM and we haven’t gotten any rest. At 3:30 AM, they finally shut things down. I think if I hadn’t said anything, it would have gone on til dawn. Terrible experience

Ficamos num quarto privativo do hostel e até que atendeu nossas expectativas. Não pegamos café da manhã mas também não fez falta já que saíamos muito cedo para os passeios. Não é tão perto da maioria dos restaurantes mas andar até eles também não foi um problema. O quarto precisava de reformas mas nos atendeu bem.

Attent personeel. Goed ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Badkamer wat verouderd. Er worden regelmatig feesten georganiseerd, wat voor wel wat lawaai zorgt.

As many other Selina locations, great pictures, the hotel, not so much. I paid a deluxe suite, the bed was terrible, any face towel, just a big one that one day the forgot to replace. The overall service is a disgrace. NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Es un hotel bien amplio, con varios servicios como el centro de bienestar me encanto poder hacer yoga por las tardes. Lo único que tiene que mejorar son los enchufes en las habitaciones, solo funcionaba uno.

Comfortable stay. Courteous staff. Good location from which to access tours, ziplining etc.

Sitio amigable y limpio con oportunidades de mejora en términos de atención y limpieza general en el lobby. Hay ruido que deben eliminar para las personas que desean descansar. El drenaje de las duchas debe mejorar porque el agua trata de estancarse. Control sobre limpieza, los perros dejan sus heces en el estacionamiento y los dueños no lo recogen.

Muy acogedor, cerca a la plaza de armas. Sus trabajadores muy amables y atentos. Recomendado
