駅からも近く広場にも近く 遺跡にも近く凄くリッチがよかったです！ 周りにある売店の方も優しく 駅前の屋台も美味しかったです！ お湯もでました！ クスコに帰るドライバーの方とトラブルがあり 何度もツアー会社に電話して頂いて 帰れるか不安な私たちにホットティーを出して頂き 2時間ぐらいホテルで待たせてくれました。 最後の最後まで優しくて 本当にありがたく嬉しかったです。

Hotels.com failed to indicate that this isn't a hotel, it's a hostel (it's painted in giant letters on the building). The staff were nice and the breakfast is simple, but cooked to order. It's also close to the train station to leave for Machu Picchu. However, the rooms weren't very clean, there was lots of blue washing soap left on our sheets that never dissolved in their laundry, and here was the biggest issue: the constant all-night noise from the road outside our window. It was like a CIA sleep deprivation exercise. No amount of white noise from your phone can cover it. You will begin to believe that you're lying down on a highway with non-stop motorcycles riding by. You will fall asleep for 4 minutes until the next loud vehicle goes by and wakes you up again. The back of the property abuts a gorgeous river and, if there are rooms there, you'd likely be safe from noisy traffic hell. But you're doomed if your room faces the street. We had to "wake up" (read: get out of the beds we never fell asleep in) and visit Machu Picchu like the walking dead. The entire point of a hotel (or, as here, a hostel), is to sleep. This property failed that requirement. Therefore, despite the friendliness of the employees, it earns 1 star.

Hôtel local et sympathique à près de 5 min à pied du centre principal où se trouve les restaurants, les marchés artisanaux, la vielle ville et près de 10 min de la station de train. Les chambres sont confortables avec de bonnes couvertures. Nous avons eu la belle vue sur les ruines historiques, avec bruit sur la rivière (prévoyez des bouchons au besoin). Petit déjeuner continental avec des oeufs, jus de fruit, pain et confiture. Le personnel est attentioné.

We loved the location of this property! It’s a convenient, sub-10-minute walk to the Machu Picchu train station and perfectly situated near the Plaza de armas, local restaurants, and the Ollantaytambo ruins. While the breakfast was simple, it was a nice start to the day. The staff were incredibly kind, though we did find communication a bit challenging despite English being listed as an available language. The room itself was very clean, though the bathroom sink area could use a little extra attention regarding some mildew.

Great location to catch an early train to Machu Picchu (about 10min walk to the station). Ollantaytambo is ten times better for an overnight stay than Aguas Calientes with lots of quality dining options. Staff is helpful and offered us a small packed breakfast (sandwich, fruit and water). They only speak Spanish though. The room faced the river and was peaceful. But we didn’t have hot water so I can’t recommend for more than one night.

Great stay! My sleep was extremely peaceful and the river was right next to it! They even packed me breakfast for my check out at 5:30 the next morning since I needed to catch the train early.

La dame au petit déjeuner était tellement bienveillante. La chambre était super confortable et pour moi qui ai du me trouver une chambre de dernière minute en pleine nuit à Ollantaytambo, je suis bien tombée avec celle-ci 🙏
