Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the Plaza de Armas. Nice room

Buena ubicación, zona muy confortable

La struttura è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Rimane dentro una sorta di borgo e la sera vengono chiusi i cancelli e questo dà una sensazione di sicurezza. La camera è molto spaziosa, ha all’interno una piccola cucina. La pulizia è ottima e il personale molto gentile e preparato. L’unica cosa se vogliamo leggermente negativa è che ha il bagno in terrazza. E per andarci si deve passare dalla terrazza. Ma è solo giusto per uscire per poi rientrare immediatamente. La consiglio molto come struttura, impeccabile

It's on a cute passageway about two (uphill) blocks from the main square, so easy to walk around. I had a little kitchen with basically everything you needed except a towel and something to wash dishes. The bathroom was on the patio, so you had to leave the room onto the patio outside everytime you wanted to use the bathroom (very odd). Staff were friendly and gave me a space heater b/c it was very chilly at night.

Check in was horrible. Check in was an awful experience. I had arrived early and the hotel allowed me to store my baggage behind the desk. When I returned later in the day, the receptionist made me retrieve the bags myself as she sat on the chair comfortably. I ended up straining my back retrieving my luggage and bumping my head inside the small storage unit behind the desk. The receptionist then gave me my room key and gave me no explanation on the hotel rules, wifi information, gate entrance issues, laundry, and room cleaning. She refused to give me her name nor was she wearing a name tag. Overall the room was dirty, the kitchen was worthless with no cups, plates, nor forks/spoons. The restroom was incredibly small and crapped as i bumped into the walls/door getting into the shower. There was no shampoo nor handwashing soap inside the room. Outside of the check in receptionist all other employees were great. I would strongly advise staying at this location. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Llegamos al hotel nos atendieron de forma rapida, tomandonos la temperatura, facilitando alcohol en gel y desinfectando la maleta. Nos dieron una habitacion pequeña, algo oscura. El baño limpio. El detalle fue en las sabanas, no se si no las cambiaron o estuvieron buen tiempo guardadas, tenian un olor nada agradable. Tiene cercania al centro de la ciudad y la atencion de recepcion diria q buena.

Hotel bom e bem localizado. O único ponto negativo, é o chuveiro.

Located in a gated area near Plaza de Armas this hotel is well situated. The gates are closed late at night but the hotel can offer you a key to get in. The road entrance to the area is open so you will never be locked out. I had a room on the first floor in the back of the building. No windows leading outside but door leading out into a skylight area for fresh air which leads to the bathroom. The walls seem paper thin which I think the neighbours can hear me. What I really liked was the hotel is near a Plaza Vea where you can get drinks and snacks.

On a réservé deux chambres pour notre famille de 5 (avec un bébé ), car sur le site, il mentionne 2 pers/chambre. Mais en fait, avec un lit double et un lit simple et l'espace tres grand, ca peut accomofer facilement 3 personnes adultes. On a l'eau chaude, bonne pression d'eau. Grande propreté. TV ecran geant avec Netflix, ce qui est plutôt bien pour un hôtel dans cette gamme de prix, comparativement a ceux qu'on a eu au Perou pour beaucoup plus. Il est tres central, a quelques pas de la Place D'ARME et du Monastère, tout en ayant un acces privé et très tranquille. Juste bien communiquer avec l'hôtel si vous arrivez à des heures tardives, car le petit quartier est clôturée et barrée en fin de soirée. Le taxi peut avoir la misère a le retrouver. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Il Nous a arrangé un tour le matin même. L'hotel semble tres populaire? Donc meme en basse saison, peu de flexibilité pour les arrivees hâtives ou departs tardives. Petit point négatif : Wi-Fi plus ou moins fiable.

Llegamos hoy por la tarde. Las instalaciones acogedoras sin embargo, nos llevamos un susto con una tremenda araña en la cama, felizmente la atrapamos. Luego preguntamos por la cena que es de 6a 9pm, fuimos a las 7.20pm y nos dijeron que nos iban a atender luego de un grupo grande que tenía la preferencia y tuvimos que esperar una hora. Luego sentimos malestar por respirar humo de la chimenea en lugar cerrado, cuando pedí que apaguen eso me dijeron que la chimenea era a pedido del grupo, así que a aguantar el ardor en los ojos. Hasta ahora nos va así, esperemos que las cosas mejoren hasta mañana que nos vamos.

Lovely area, felt very safe. The main square was only a 5 minute walk away. Lovely big room. And the staff were particularly helpful!!! Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel is nice, in a beautiful little street. Location is good, as it is three blocks from the Main Square and within walking distance to all landmarks in the city center. Room is clean and shower has great pressure. The only inconvenient is that all rooms have an open area that leads to the bathroom and you can hear everything from the other rooms, sometimes other guests are too loud really early in the morning. Other than that hotel is great.

Wonderful stay! The best location, staff and room we have seen in 6 months of travel through Central and South America. Such good value for money. Thank you for having us.

This is my second review for this hotel because we liked it so much that we came back on our second stop in Arequipa. Great rooms, great showers, lovely and helpful staff in a perfect location - can’t beat it!
