The hotel is beautiful, away from the main area and it’s the perfect place to relax. Excursions are included and are superb, special shout out to Abel who was an outstanding guide.

This place is like no other. The property is beautiful and idilic. The property is situated on Lake Titicaca and this lake is stunning. All meals, beverages and excursions were included. We enjoyed our time. Abel was one of the best guides we have encountered. We would return.

It's a beautiful location by the lake with spectacular views from all spaces. The staff are superb, as well as the services and food. It's an ideal get away for tranquility and rest yet offers opportunities to know the history and culture of Peru. I highly recommend a stop over for a least a few days to enjoy this special place.

This place is a true gem, located right on the edge of Lake Titicaca in a small, quiet, perfect village. The ambiance is so calming, views of the lake from every angle, real candles lit everywhere at night, relaxing music, amazing smelling products, delicious food, sweet staff. Truly a once in a lifetime experience I wish everyone can have!! Also the excursions from the hotel were absolutely amazing! So thoughtful and felt like we got to know the local communities. Wily was an AMAZING GUIDE!!! Thank you for everything!!

Great location on the lake. Excellent service. Great view from our room. Great excursions in the area with friendly guides. Only suggestion would be to have a live music band in the evening during the cocktail time and to cheapen a bit the excursions.

I loved my time at Titilaka and being surrounded by the beauty of Lake Titicaca.

Magnifique emplacement , chambre somptueuse avec vue imprenable . Tout était parfait. Une remarque a faire remonter aux directeurs ou managers : a l'accueil, aucun personnel ne parlait Français alors que durant ces 3 jours , nous avons été majoritairement clients français a l'hôtel et en plus c'est une chaîne " relais et Châteaux Française donc! C'est regrettable que la langue française ne soit pas pratiquée par un ou deux personnels sur le nombre très important de personnels existants. Merci de faire remonter

hotel très discret sur les rives du lac à 1 heure de taxi de Puno (80 soles). personnel tout aussi discret, charmant et attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service (prêt de lecteur de carte micro SD...). décoration d'intérieur très raffinée intégrant les objets typiques du Pérou, rien de bling bling, c'est le principe de l'écotourisme (de LUXE!!! tout de même) en harmonie avec le milieu extérieur. cuisine locale délicate (truite du lac) avec beaucoup de choix. activités très sympas comprises dans le full board (VTT, paddle board, kayak, row boat avec ornithologie, astronomie) qui permettent de faire autre chose que se prélasser au soleil... les chambres sont divines, vous avez une carte postale sous les yeux en vous levant, l'impression d'être dans l'eau. ah oui, j'oubliais, la coupe de champagne au coucher su soleil autour d'un feu de camp pour l'apéritif!!!
