The staff were great at communicating with us and easing our concerns about travelling with a 15 year old and a 10 year old.
They had heaters and extra blankets, hot water bottles, a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. They had heaters views were spectacular and it wasn’t too scary getting to our capsule.
The dinner was excellent and every staff member was outstanding.

Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask.
Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride back down the hill, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special.
To top it all off, the night sky was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing so many stars was an unforgettable experience. Combined with the outstanding hospitality, it made for a stay we’ll always cherish.

What a wonderful experience! Totally worth it. Everyone was so friendly, and we very much appreciated their willingness to accommodate our itinerary as we had some last minute details that needed to be sorted in Cusco before our arrival in Ollantaytambo. Food was amazing as well! A big thank you to everyone at Vetical Sky!

What a wonderful experience! Totally worth it. This hotel is a complete adventure, it’s beautiful and makes you feel so connected to nature. You feel you are almost touching the stars. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and really helpful. A must to experience if you go to Ollaytantambo. Not a place for people looking for party or going to town. It’s very far away and very difficult to access, so make your plans about going and staying there .

Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time.
Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold !
The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best views because of it!

Amazing experience and service! We only stayed one night but the everything was smooth. Dinner on property was delicious. The view out of the dome was beautiful. 100% recommend. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Das Personal war einfach so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kapsel war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch der Transfer zum Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleines Highlight ist das man am Ende sogar noch mit dem Quad fährt. Also absolut zu empfehlen!!!
