チェックインの確認を必ずしてから向かう必要があります。私達は2時間以上部屋に入れなかった。 コンドミニアムのオーナーとのやり取りは簡単ではなかった。 部屋はプールビューを予約したが、残念ながら道路側だった。 色々ありましたが、金額、部屋、プール、場所には満足できます。 また必ずここに帰ってきますね。 ありがとう。

総じて快適でした。 プールの水も綺麗でしたし。 残念なのは施設というより地震がたくさんあったので何回も外に出された事です。 建物崩壊の多いこの国では仕方ないと思いますけど。

ＳＭ徒歩圏内で買い物には不自由しない、又同じ建物に、コンビニエンスストア・コーヒーショップ・ランドリーショップがあるので非常に便利。 プールはあるが少し汚れている。又プールサイドでのアルコール飲食は禁止。 部屋にテレビはあるがローカルテレビは映らないのが残念。 部屋の管理者は非常にマッサージが上手です、利用価値大。

Cockroach crawling at night. They claim has a gym-lie. Microwave broken in a week of stay blamed it to me. No cleaning free, claimed there's laundry-lie. Communication bouncing to each other to three people.

Fridge did not work,

The wifi wasn't working for 4 days during my 3 week stay. I contacted the agent and never recieved a response concerin this. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had to wait outside while waiting for the person on the PHONE to take our info. Took 30 minutes sitting there in the heat. Tgen they gave us a code and room but never told us how to get the key. The room was basic and just ok. Bathroom door handle was broken and taped. Pool looked nice. But if you want to take pictures with a camera you have to get written permission

The property is fair. Its location is nice, near a shopping mall and easy catching a taxi. But you must book without Expedia. With Expedia, you cannot get full info about booking.

Car parking not free

Very peaceful and just what I needed! Great area and local to everything including the mall!!! Will stay in Apartelle D’ Oasis again!!!

Good accommodation pero walang things for toiletries only toilet napkins still nice and love the place sana meein din mga spices for cooking thank you po 😊

Nice place to stay out by SM Mall. It was a good value for the price. Not too much in the way of household items with the room. A bit of a trek into the city center. I would stay again for the nice condo complex.

No water when we left could not shower before flight, strict rules around pool mist shower in cold water before getting in pool, pans in room bad, 2 towels only no wash rags , air would not keep room cool

Very nice condo except for constant drip from kitchen sink faucet

There are always small cockroaches in the sink, table and bathroom roaming around.

Nice clean place, close to everything. SM mall right next door.

It was ok, the issues we had was poor communication and wasn’t told about the charge for parking which is 350php per night and the internet doesn’t work well

the security guards make very strange rules you can go only 1 time a day in the pool. kichen was brocken for around 2 days. the staff are so unfrendly

Care taker is rude

Liked the location. Liked the room and the safety that the location provided. Overall it was very nice for the price. My complaints are more to do with the lack of communication on how to check in. When I first booked I was sent an IM and asked to call to get check in directions. Never could get anyone. Finally we made arrangements (after multiple calls to Expedia and an email address being exchanged) for my fiance to go to the location and check in as my flight didn't arrive until midnight. She went to the guards as instructed at the time specified and no one knew a thing about it. Livid I had my fiance attempt to call again and they arranged to leave the keys in a mailbox. They really need to work on clear and precise check in instructions and set up a voice mail on the phone number they ask you to call and simply call back the next day and then be specific and give ALL details needed to check in. It was like pulling teeth to get clear instructions. Once in, all was fine. The owners never bothered us and did message and ask if we needed anything. Great overall just a really bad check in. Hopefully they have learned from this. Oh and one last thing. Switch your pillows to the end of the bed otherwise the AC will be blowing in your face and you will wake up with a scratchy throat. But for the money it is a nice place that is safe and great location right by the mall and a taxi is almost always waiting right outside the gate to take you anywhere you want to go.
