The room was clean. Hotel was fabulous. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Virkelig god morgenmad. Særligt ét af de to værelser vi havde booket lugtede så meget af mug og svamp, at det føltes usundt. Der stod en affugter, det hjalp lidt.

Vi bodde her i 2 netter. Ok for prisen. Veldig enkel frokost, ikke vits å ha dette inkludert. Hyggelig personal! Hjelpsomme med aktiviteter og dagsturer. De ansatte vasker ikke rommet uten at man ber de om det.

Very very nice. I love the big pool. I will book again here.

It's okay for the night

The hotel is quite convenient, only walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room is okay, you get what you paid for, the good thing about the room is the bed it's pretty comfy. If you want a nice room and quiet airconditioning I suggest you booked the upstairs or higher level.

My stay at the Adams View Hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds. Moalboal, Pangsama Beach and White Sand Beach are not walkable from each other, so I found the hotel’s location in town convenient because I was close to the mall, banks, bus routes and real Filipino local food offerings. Unless you rent a bike or car, you’ll rely on trikes to get you to/from any of the three areas. Overall, I recommend The Adams View Hotel for its efficient and friendly staff. They were so helpful and kind to me that it made my stay comfortable, safe and fun. They were always available for assistance and very responsive to my requests. They really made my stay in Moalboal more special.

I didn’t research it well when I booked it. It was a little too far from Panagsama road where the action was. There was a restaurant close by that was very good, Tambayan, so that was a savior. Being close to the main Highway, it was easy to access the bus to go to Kawasaki Falls. You can DIY. Take the bus, drop of at the church where the path (which is paved) all the way to the falls. No need for the guide if you just want to go to the first level of the falls. The swimming pool was great. Did a couple of laps. Good water pressure with hot water. Okay if you are looking for a budget friendly place and are willing to take a tricycle every time you want to go anyway. Better choice is to rent a bike.

It’s pretty good for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s very close to a mall and transportation is easy to find. The room I was in was clean but very minimal. The air conditioner was loud but effective. The shower had blue molds around it and barely had heat. But I like cold showers. Aside from that, the breakfast was affordable and decent. A bit far from the beaches and the fare to get to them were a bit expensive. But this is not the hotels fault. Would recommend if looking for a quick nights stay. Would come back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Summit Hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Over time, the constant dripping led to a foul smell in the room that only got worse. Upon further inspection, I discovered black mold forming around the sink area, which is not only unsightly but also a major health concern. To make matters worse, there were also roaches in the room. I reported these issues to the front desk three times during my stay, and while the staff was polite, they did nothing to address the situation. I was never offered a room change, nor was I compensated for the inconvenience and discomfort. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns were being ignored. Additionally, Summit Hotel advertised amenities that were simply not available. One of the key selling points for me was the outdoor pool, but when I arrived, I was told that it didn’t exist. This was a major letdown and added to my sense of frustration with the hotel. For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness, maintenance, and the amenities that were promised. Unfortunately, Summit Hotel failed on all fronts. I would not recommend staying here unless they address these significant issues

Hotel con buone caratteristiche qualità/prezzo e buona posizione vicino al centro ,ai servizi ,a 10 minuti di scooter dalle spiagge.. check-in e check out velocissimi .camera 309 pulita e spaziosa con un bagno grande e pratico,al 4º piano enorme terrazzo dove stendono le lenzuola che abbiamo usato anche noi x i nostri indumenti..grande piscina pulita e con ottima manutenzione.. servizio noleggio scooter a 400 Php 24 ore..personale alla reception amichevole e pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti . Colazione..allora, la colazione è varia,di buona qualità ed abbondante..ma purtroppo tutto freddo..uova ,bacon salsicce e via dicendo tutto freddo quando avrebbero la possibilità di tenerlo caldo nei contenitori..peccato perché sarebbe un hotel top se curassero questo particolare..nota per le ragazze della sala buffet.. guardare meno il telefono ( non alzano nemmeno la testa x vedere ciò che succede) e controllare di più x vedere ciò che manca..cmq consigliamo quest'hotel e se ne avremmo bisogno lo useremo ancora di sicuro..

très loin des activités de plongées et restaurant. Pour le déjeuner faut se lever tôt pour profiter du buffet qui est très bien. Si le chef est absent, la nourriture est imangeable. Et ils chargent le même prix ! Il seraient mieux de fermer le resto carrément pendant ses congés. Piscine grande et fort agréable. Ave les frais c’était très très cher pour ce que c’était. Nous avons changer après nos deux nuits avons trouvé mieux localisé, meilleur prix.

You get what you pay for it is what it is cheap affordable accomodation in a decent location well value for money co differing the high price hotels are only better by location Hotel with dorm style studio apartment accomodation I’ like 4/5 star hotels This is about a 3* but value for money I’m coming back

Good value for money. Clean. They messes up with the car though, did not provide the car for transport as agreed.
