This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport. Help and assistance was provided. I hope your stays are as amazing and wonderful as ours.

Very friendly staff. The restaurant next door was closed for a remodel but we were able to buy food at a store and cook there. Very close to Kawasan falls. Great view and relaxing with no loud noises.

View is spectacular. That being said hotel does not have food closeby or breakfast so you likely need a vehicle/motorbike for food. There was no fridge and unfortunately our shower did not drain well. This made the bathroom floor grimey and gross. If you are looking for more western food, restaursnts are like 10 min bike ride away.

Okay…… i dont know where to start but to be honest i never thought that theres a place like this in alegria. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. Peaceful, feels like home, relaxing, clean basically this is the best place to stay. Period… will be back again for sure.

Long way from things, if you want to be away from others it’s great, but if you didn’t drive, book closer to busy area. Staff charged $20 for ride to McDonald’s and back to the resort..Ended up being $30 for McDonald’s,

The view was nice. I didn't like the fact that they advertised fully refundable and then when you want to change your plans and go elsewhere because you realize the place sucks.....that's when expedia tells you no refundat all, even though expedia advertised that the place was fully refundable. I didn't like the fact that the beds were like sleeping on bricks. I didn't like the infestation of ants. I didn't like the fact that i paid extra for king sized bed and it's just two twin beds pushed together. I didn't like that it took a whole day to swap out a tv that i could have done in 5 minutes tops! I didn't like the fact that they advertise daily house keeping, but i was there 5 days and never saw them change my sheets or supply new towels once! I didn't like the fact that there's no sign to find the place, very out of the way. How the hell they scored a 8 is beyond me, 4 ok 5 at best this place is not worth the money.....it sucked.

We had the place practically to ourselves. Rooms were small but well appointed with blackout curtains, toiletries, safety deposit box, great pillows and linens. Nice to have the common kitchen and water dispenser, but maybe the owners would consider including a plated breakfast? Overall had a great time and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This is a complex still being developed. Advertises as wheelchair accessible. The main complex yes access to dining area no. The pool has no hoist and is not heated so refreshing, shop on site limited stock. Views tremendous very relaxing, staff excellent. No signage when we visited Feb 2020 so taxi drove passed entrance 3 times.

This is probably the only resort in this area who have hot water shower, toiletries and a swimming pool. Location wise is not in front of the highway so it’s not as noisy as other place. Love the bed and pillows. It’s worth it to get the seaview room, they have a lounge chair outside the room exclusively for the room to watch sun set

The on-site manager and other guy was very kind and understanding. My partner who is Filipina got along with them quite well and I could tell they were very genuine people. Check in was a bit rough as I only had a debit card and you need either credit or cash as a deposit, upon talking with the property manager (who was also kind) we resolved the issue. The room itself was clean, tidy and comfy. The pool does need to be cleaned up a bit, it wasn't filthy but I saw too much debris to swim in it personally, still took some amazing photos. There were issues with the hot water as well, the shower was always lukewarm. The area itself is gorgeous and we had a great time taking the property scooter (which was provided for a small fee) to close by towns and along the coastline. Overall I recommend this location.

Beautiful beach house with infinity pool. Perfect getaway... although very remote from other areas and much dining. Near Kawasan Falls and a quick scooter ride to Moalboal or Alegria. We thought the house and room were beautiful, although the shower and sink were clogged and never draining properly. No phone to contact innkeeper or owner directly, but did not find that too inconvenient.

The hotel is new and looks nice, but beds are rock hard, the location is hidden and there is nothing around. The closest food is a restaurant owned by the same hotel that is always empty and the door locked with soft opening signs in the doors We went to check it out one evening and quickly hightailed it out. We walked about 20 minutes to only find a small bakery we had bread and soda for dinner. Small rooms, hard beds and communicating with the care taker was hard. She tried very hard but the language barrier was hard very hard to overcome.

The property still in the beginning. Room very small and without any space to hang the dresses or for the lagguage.

New small 10 room hotel. Sparkling clean. Pool was great. TV channel selection was good. WIFI was good after we were able to obtain code by phone from the owner. Beach was pebbles and not sand. Room and bathroom was extremely small without desk or table or chair and just enough room to walk around bed. New room safe lock box did not work, so it was replace with another new safe lock box that also did not work. Seems the room safe lock boxes needed to be programmed and were not. 2 staff onsite who were responsible for reception, cleaning, and maintenance. They both were always very busy and friendly, but seemed over worked. Overall the hotel was expensive for the room size and amenities. However, it was new and the location was great for Kawasan Falls.
