スタッフが　気がきかない。所々メンテナンスが必要。値段が安いので　許せる範囲だが　少し頑張れば　とてもいいに変わる。

The hotels.com website page clearly states that breakfast is included with all rooms at this hotel. The manager told our family that breakast is not included and that we would need to pay for breakfast. We decided to drive to a nearby hotel to buy breakfast instead, which had a much nicer breakfast buffet for a lower price than offered here. Also, I received an email from this hotel about required travel pass requirements dating back from 2022. This hotel needs to get their information corrected online to match reality.

As mentioned by others bathroom a little dated, good hot shower towels n linen first class Staff extremely helpful View from room great Restaurant n food, probably best kinalaw I’ve had the main we chose the Korean/philo caldretta beef n wasn’t disappointed Ambience excellent sat on balcony with moon rise view over the sensational Staff excellent Only gripe we tried to get early morning ferry n it wasn’t scheduled, next ferry midday we checked out of hotel at 4.00am, tried to contact hotel to see if we could return to our room. Unfortunately we were unable to contact them as listed phone number on web site was incorrect or unavailable

Very beautiful place to stay very clean , breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful very polite . Will stay again .

The hotel was nice. Our room was clean and spacious maybe they could have added a couch to sit on since the room was big. They could have clean the beach area for the visitors since there were a lot of debris on the beach. The food was good and staff were great. The property had stunning ocean view.

Wonderful!internet signal very strong.nice new tv.clean balcony.bedsheets need some updating same with the towels. Swimming pool always clean but the beach is ok.

Staff makes up for all of little things that need care. Extremely friendly people and very hard working people.

Really enjoyed with family. Pool and slide kept kids entertained for a long while.

Restaurant was great. Property was quiet and clean with a great view.

Bed is hard, noisy and dirty.

I will definitely stay here again.

Low water pressure for the shower, and toilet climbing the steps, up and down to dinner, to the pool, to the parking lot, a person with my condition it was horrendous! The advertisement was misleading, no way to secure personal belongings, door entree to our room was easily accessible. This property is for a younger group, had I known there were so many steps, I would not have booked this property! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the low pressure in the shower would turn completely off while my body was soaped up, having to wait till the pressure came back.

Nothing much to not like about the place. Quiet,clean, and the grounds are well kept. I would have liked a bar... I like to sit at a bar and chat... but othrr that that its a lovely place As usual the staff in the Philippines are exceptional and the staff there are exceptional nothing was to much for them.

We love the location! You can see the the city at night and endless views of the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many areas and things that can be improved upon. These are the following: the pool is very cloudy, the toilets near the pool are full of mosquitoes, the beach area is full of trash and glass shards, the roof on the balcony is leaking due to improper nailing or use of nail on roof to the wood, the lamp shades inside room has cracked and the hotel is still using it-very unsafe, floating drawers inside the room is falling off-just bad design and construction—construction company did a bad job at this one. We had dinner at their unlimited bbq. They have a nice selection of skewers it would be nice if they had more veggies and carb selection. They ran out of the eggplant salad and did not refill it. Breakfast was good and included with our room stay. I would like for this place to improve the safety and cleanliness of the entire resort. They have the potential to be the best resort in Surigao!

For the most part it was nice. The communication with the property prior to arrival was non existent. I tried to chat, email and call to no avail to check on the situation up there. The beach and pool are open and there is no pcr test requirements in effect. Their website and Expedia listing needs updating as it still has COVID-19 information requirements posted on it. I think the communication amongst the staff is lacking also. Overall the hotel for Philippines standards is satisfactory. If you are expecting western standards you will be disappointed.

Staff very polite and friendly and helpful. Nice location if you're looking for something away from the city

Not a three star hotel. Needs repair work , had to ask several times for basic items like towels and pillows.
