It was a scam, I couldn't check-in. I called Expedia, they tried to contact them. They couldn't contact the .I was stranded at night in an unsafe place

These people tell lies , I turned up to check-in only the security guard was there, He called Theresa she stated that my booking was a scam . I was not let into the property .

The owner didn't meet me. They were incoherent on WhatsApp and phone, which led to hours of wasted time. In the end, I had to make other arrangements. As of now they have yet nor contacted me to offer a refund, apology or any compensation for the stress, time lost and trouble caused. They are either horribly incompetent or malicious, professional scam artists.

The staff were very helpful, specially the guards at the property. The room is decent enough for overnight stay as long as your not picky, it's good as what you paid for.

Near the airport also the unit was clean but needs more renovation, staff were friendly

Terrible stay - no heating in shower , need to boil water to bathe , swimming pool ok free ; greeter ok ;no TV ; stayed 3 days ; room needs upgrade ; utensils needs replacement - total room upgrade : mo extra sheets we used same sheets for 3 days - overall terrible but were able to use stove though very small frying pan available pot requested in old and small ; in charge said she got it in another unit ; price cheap but guests would pay for more for convenience ; security good and nice guards ; reception ok

It was an okay stay, the unit was near the asian hospital, we booked it due to our grandfather needs to have consultation, it was 10mins away from the asian, we didn't have problem with out entry since their personnel are there to welcome us

Overall, it was a relaxing, hassle-free getaway, room was affordable

Our request were not granted : heated water ( water is not that hot) being seniors terrible - we heat water so will have warmer water to bathe ; kitchen utensils terrible ; microwave dirty ; staff not responsive to needs but available just to welcome us ; no TV; faucet kitchen sink leaks ( droplets of water waste of it ) : bathroom sink leaks but swimming part of pay no extra cost ; security guards available and nice / helpful ; cost is cheap but clients can pay for better room and facilities ; room given to us 15th floor needs a lot of upgrades I think hotels.com should not list any condotel which is very inconvenient esp hot water needed - this room should be available with better living condition - we booked for 3 days

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the amenities, like the swimming pool and gym, which were well-maintained and never overcrowded.

The staff who catered us is very helpful, the unit was clean and the wifi is decent when you are working from home

The room is okay, a decent place to stay if you are budget meal person, nearby to public and private transpo, and convenience store is located right at the property so everything are easy xuring
