チェックイン時(夜10時)給湯器が故障しているが修理の人間が他で忙しく来ることが出来ないと言われる。明日には修理出来ると言われる。翌日部屋戻ると(夜9時)給湯器自体が壊れ修理不能と言われ新品に交換する必要ありと。ホテルの人間はそれだけ伝えただけ。チェックアウト時何の謝罪もなし。普通なら多少のディスカウントの気持ちを示しても(受けるかは別)おかしくない。また宿泊費支払いに関してもレシートが出ない。何故こういう施設が掲載されているのか疑問。

○　Conciergeとの連絡は電話/SMS/Whatsappなど複数の手段があり便利。 ×　最初に通された部屋はバスルームが水漏れしており、部屋の交換を要求。 ×　交換された部屋はセーフティボックスがロックされており解錠出来ず。 ○　担当のConciergeは親切で丁寧。 （Whatsappで滞在中に行ったところの写真を送ると気軽に返信があり、フレンドリー） ○　部屋は清潔。シャンプー、ボディーソープ、大判のバスタオル（２枚）のみ有り。 ×　トイレットペーパー、ティッシュペーパー、歯ブラシ、フェイスタオルは無いので注意。 ○　立地は新しいオフィス/マンション街で治安は全く問題無し。 ○　眼の前にMACとUCC（レストラン）があり便利。 ○　徒歩数分でWatsons（スーパー）があり便利。 ○　ハイストリートやマーケットマーケットが徒歩圏内。 ×　飛行機の出発が7:30の為チェックアウトは早朝4:30～5:00を要望しOKの返事であったが、Conciergeが寝坊して冷汗。 ○　Grabでタクシーを呼んでくれて無事空港へ到着。(^^)

必要なものがそろっている機能的な施設。近くにコンビニ、レストラン、食料品店があり、３日～１週間滞在するにはよい。

The staff was very polite and sociable. The room needs upgrade on a few items. The TV is very outdated cannot hook up USB NOR HDMI. There was only one TV channel to watch. Also, the shower was

I guess the parts that can easily be cleaned and replenished are well kempt. But I do see that the room is getting old with accents peeling off and mould stains on tile grouting. Water pressure was weak. No soundproofing in the corridor and the exterior, and it was quite noisy. People smoking in the hallway pass their secondhand smoke to the room. The room does not have a smart TV. The door to access the air conditioning compressor was loose and would not latch. Pollution from outside enters the room. Lack of electricity outlets and a lighting switch near the bed was unfortunate. But I guess the air conditioning was working as intended. And the availability of the laundry duo was a big help. Soft bed and pillows.

The room was amazing! It was clean, easy instructions about WiFi use, elevator access with the key, and fully stocked kitchen utensils and refrigerator. The best part was having a washer and dryer in the unit so I could do laundry! The location was also great, with food and convenience stores within walking distance. However, the elevators were under repair and all 33+ floors had to result to the service elevator, which took upwards of 10 minutes wait time, longer if it was full. The worst part is upon checkout, there was nowhere to leave my baggage. The lobby refused to allow me to leave luggage and my flight wasn’t until midnight. T1 at NAIA no longer has a baggage storage so I spent my last day in the Philippines having to haul 2 large suitcases all over Manila with me until my departure. This was not only extremely inconvenient, but definitely left a bad impression and ruined the end stage of my vacation

Terrible! Security guards d entered room uninvited. Then security guard let. Maintenance man into our room. Left prior to end of our stay

Had a wonderful stay but was hoping the communication was bit quicker -rather smooth and efficient. I would love to stay here again. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

Overall the check in process was great. Keep in mind this is a suite so the manager emails you the details on how to get in which is very clear and easy. Location is awesome nesr plenty of restaurants, shopping airport and MOA.

The workers are very good , the rooms are too small it’s was not comfortable for the 2kids Bedroom tv doesn’t work as well.

I like the location. I don't like the room is at 3rd floor, very noisy. The common area has no AC.

Great studio right in BCG. Kitchen, washer/dryer. Close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores.

It was nice.

Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back.

It’s my husband who stayed at this property. He loved the place since it’s very convenient to everything. The place is clean. Easy to communicate with the management.
