The location is great because it's located near SM and Burnham Park. The receptionists and staffs are kind and also accommodating. The foods were also satisfying and with big servings. However, the parking space is limited; about 5-6 cars only if I'm not mistaken. The heater won't get hotter as I wanted it to be and only works for the shower. The flush also gets time to refill its tank. The room was spacious though the TV at the queen bed room was small. Wish it could be larger just like the other room.

Comfortable to stay. The receptionist and staffs are kind. The lobby is also well decorated. You can take selfies with it. The breakfast in plakafe is also delicious. The room is awesome with its cleanliness and beautiful structure. Its location is near to the SM Baguio. We will definitely come back here.

Good location, walking distance from Baguio Cathedral & SM Baguio. Spacious room. Very helpful & friendly staff. Food servings were big but you could improve on the quality. The biggest problem is the small parking space.
