The hotel staffs were kind and helpful but no wifi. Hot water is not consistent. Price is great.

Better if there's a parking space and functioning wifi.

A budget friendly place to stay if you are on a tight budget. Clean rooms. waking distance to the main attraction.. cheap buffet in the building.. Worth of money!

Good location , bed was comfy and soft same as the pillow . Room is clean , but the toilet needs bidet. And the shower the water is not really hot . But so far nice place to stay for few days.

Great place to stay near in almost things you need

place is okey, my room is at the second basement level, so wi-fi signal & network signals are poor; cleanliness is okey -- bed, linens, & room; so far, no cockroach & other insects sighted, toilet/bath room is okey, the only disappointment is the water heater, not giving hot or warm water for long throughout your shower time, or warm water doesn't last long, so you have to endure the cold shower, and this is Baguio City! my goodness! staffs are okey, seems friendly; location is excellent, walking distance to Session Road, SM, bus terminal, and the Our Lady of the Atonement Church, one of Baguio City's tourist attraction; on the second floor of the building, there is a very affordable all-day breakfast buffet at 145 pesos only; free hot & cold drinking water; on the third floor, there is a fitness gym; at the ground floor, there is laundry services, barber shop, salon, refreshment bar, and palawan pawnshop. there is a security guard at the entrance day & night time; very convenient place to stay. will definitely go back again. highly recommended!!

The hotel was accessible in all. Near SM and Session Road

Hot shower is not functioning. No bidet at the toilet room. And the worst, our room door were opened at 4 o'clock in the morning while we are sleeping (good to us nothing was lost in our belongings.)

It was an unsatisfying stay. The room is clean but I was not expecting that there is a poor WIFI signal in the room given to me, I have to go to the common area to access the wifi. Also, there is very poor phone signal since I was in the 2nd basement. Inside the room, there is no signal totally. I hate to admit, I really was not happy with my stay.

Very accommodating staffs, and I really love the room. It's so clean and comfy. The buffet is a must! I'll book again if I'll get the chance to go back to Baguio City.

My friend told me that the room quite big and they enjoy their stay.

Okay naman siya kasi clean tas okay talaga yung facilities concern ko lang siguro sana sa bawat rooms kahit meron sanang small table para may lagayan ng gamit, food tsaka mga gadgets. Ang hirap kasi walang choice sa sahig lang talaga maglalagay.

Pros: Near Session Road, clean rooms and hallways, friendly and helpful staff, myriad food establishments nearby. Cons: Water in the shower got hot for only about 5 seconds, the noisy fan in our room that had no available replacement, no bidet in the toilet.

The location is convenient to the places in Baguio. The staff were also accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing that could be improved is the restroom. We got the shared bathroom, so we use the common CR. Maybe they could install bidets in the toilet and handles for the clothes and toiletries in the shower area.

So many mosquitoes in the common area.

The shower is broken and the heater is terrible and not working properly. They do not have robe hooks in the toilet so as a drain near the lavatory to at least keep water from ponding. Only the cleaning staff are the nice and accommodating in this place. Overall please improve your customer service and room experience. Thank you.
