Boracay Haven Resort

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is good, it’s larger than we expect. Another good thing is the refillable drinking water in the room. The swimming pool area is also nice. Lastly the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The accommodation is clean and very comfortable.I was surprised as they greeted me on my birthday and give me some cakes. I would love to recommend to my friends to stay here. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to assist. The location is near to D Mall. Cheers to Boracay Haven Resort!

Vacation with my friends, who I already thought them as my blood brother.

I must say my stay was good. It only went bad because of the front office staff who is really impolite in terms of handling guest's special request. She needs formal training in customer service. I was disappointed to her maybe because she interrupted when I speak. Being in customer service when a guest complains, bear in mind that first you have to listen to the guest identify the problem and of course show them that you are listening (not the way she did). I hope the manager can do something about this!

The hotel is clean and comfort. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. For food, some of the food a little bit salty. The location is quite strategic, is a asking distance to station 1 and station 3.

Food is okay, and some staffs are friendly for they will always greet you with a smile, for our 4 days stay in this hotel they don't change our bedsheets even pillow cases. On our second night our children didn't sleep comfortably for the air condition didn't work. And the very stressful exit is the fine of 9000+ for a henna stain, after all the reminders to my teenagers and we are very careful not to stain anything from our room I really don't know how it happens, in the first place we wash our tattoos once we enter the room and we know it is already dry, if the pillow case got stained and the t-shirt of my kids not? (the tattoo is on their shoulders)

It was a great stay! I highly recommend it to others.

Water pump not so strong, water so small. Room got a little bit smell no good, but overall is ok,

Everything is good and the service is fabulous.

It was great staying in the hotel. But my only concern was during our last day of stay, they didn't gave us free soda which included in our package.

They transferred us to the pool access building instead of the beachfront access building because they said the door on the room we were supposed to be in was broken. A little disappointed that they couldn't fix this quickly so their guests aren't inconvenienced.

average... not as expected.

I liked my room. I even extended my stay for one night and they ask me to transfer to another room which is I got upset and I don't like the room that they transferred me to.

Overall was good. We booking deluxe pool access room for 1st night , check in time be informed the room fully booked and changed us to another room (opposite the room is another new hotel 24 hours construction !!! damn noisy!!!)

Nice hotel, love the shower in their bathroom, overall we love our stay in Boracay Haven!
