ホテルはオルティガスMRT駅、SMメガモール、ADB本部に近いという戦略的な立地にあります。ただし、夜間に客室に害虫が発生したため、害虫駆除が必要です。

My son and I had a wonderful staycation at BSA Twin Tower. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful to the guest. I could say that we enjoyed our staycation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Indeed, we achieved our goal to relax and to bond. Looking forward to another staycation at BSA Twin Tower.

I booked four rooms and unfortunately all four rooms were infested with roaches since day 1 of our check-in. Trouble with the wifi also, sometimes it disconnects on its own, then the aircon is not fully maintained in one of the rooms. The good thing about the rooms are the huge space, the view, and the bed.

We are happy about the cleanliness of our room and professionalism of the employees, there 's only one thing that didn't meet my expectation which is the availability of the other pools, my kids and I couldn't swim again, we checked-in last Feb, it was the same problem. But we'll definitely book again in the future. Thank you.

Very excellent staff assistance. Very clean room. Approachable staffs. Overall experience is very satisfactory. Very close to sm megamall. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back again soon!

It was a nice staycation. What you see in the picture is what you get! The swimming pool at the 52nd floor was clean, the staff are nice and hospitable specially the one came from Masbate. The kids really enjoyed there stay! Kudos to all the staff!

It was a good experience. The staff is very accomodating. Thumbs up for the good service. The only downside is the sink is clogged.

Floor given was the highest at 51st. Air conditioning was bad.

Unit was clean; personnel were accommodating. No kitchen utensils but these can be requested from the housekeeping.

Maraming ipis yung room namin. I stayed on the 39th floor. Habang pababa sa elevator, we stopped sa lower floors and pag open, may nakita din akong ipis. I think yung buong building ang infested.

I am not aware that a company ID is one of their requirements upon check in (w/c I don’t have with me).They should have included it on their policy. Also, I did not expect that they will collect the same Php 300 parking fee for a motor cycle.

Prior to checking in, I contacted the property on the number provided by Traveloka to request for an earlier check in time but to no avail. Upon check in: 1. First room we were given to has a non functioning AC. 2. Requested a transfer and got a room with a dirty dining table, damaged kitchen cabinet and a couch that had a dried **m stain. 3. Second transfer, decent room until we had to kill 2 roaches. 4. Everything requested took more than half an hour to be attended to Frontdesk manager was very helpful though, tried her best to assist.

Hotel staff are friendly, but the buffet food is unreasonable price not worth it. The room is awful.

As always... our go to staycation destination.

Hotel sangat dekat dengan sama supermall dan beberapa mal bagus lainnya. Kami stay disini selama 5 hari 4 malam. Di kasih kamar di tower b lantai 12. jika pancuran kamar mandi rusak, bisa kami toleran. Sarapan yang semua dagingnya babi, masih bisa kami toleran juga. AC yang tidak terlalu dingin dan berisik, masih bisa kami toleran. Ada satu hal yang buat kami sangat tidak nyaman. di malam kedua kami tinggal, tercium bau ikan asin goreng yang sangat kuat! Pihak hotel mengirim petugas house kirim untuk semprot penyegar ruangan. Saya coba bilang sama duty manager supaya penghuni yang masak ikan itu membuka jendela kamar dan menghidupkan pembuang anginnya. Tapi mereka tidak bisa lakukan karena salah satu owner hotel yang masak ikan itu. Kami pikir hanya setiap malam kamis itu saja si penghuni masak ikan yang bau itu, tapi di malam ke 4 kami. Kejadian terulang dan pihak hotel tidak berani menegur sang owner ini.

It is not really a proper hotel. The lift will take at least 3 to 7 minutes to open. The staff are not that accommodating. It is noisy as well. I would not ever recommend this place if you want a convenient, quiet and conducive place to stay.

bad elevator service. you can't also have your food delivered outside your room. you need to go down and wait at the elevator for 10 minutes because of the bad elevator service. staffs are not accommodating.

This hotel situated just a step to the big mall in Philippine, the price OK

Very hard to check in and to check out especially the check in time is 3pm but we have been accomodate 5pm already

Good family hotel near sm Megamall. I just wish they maintain the rooms more and clean the ac cause after an overnight my mom and I had allergic Rhinitis.
