Pool was being renovated and in exchange they gave us free meals. They did a good job addressing the deficiency with us and worked with us to make our stay happy.

Staff and hotel were great. I planned a pool party two months ago and the staff knew it. Nothing was said that the pool was under major repairs for several months. Maybe update the Damm website to reflect that false advertising. Very disappointing

The staff at Capitol Hill is exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Everyone meets you with a smile. A few complaints about the property though. First there were cockroaches in the bathroom, I think from the sewer. Secondly during my stay there was pool renovation occurring which made it so loud all day you couldn’t stay in the room. Finally the air conditioning in the room leaked water so there was a constant mildew odor and mold on the walls which should be addressed asap. Even with the challenges I’d stay again because the staff is so great.

Reserved the property for four of our employees. They loved the hotel and wanted to stay again but it was sold out.

Clean private excellent staff, close to all that matters.

The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful roof restaurant with an amazing view. Very decent overall, however from a business standpoint disappointing due to very poor and unreliable WiFi. Hence 3 stars only.

This was quite bad. The room was very dated to say the least and the air con was loud to an extent I hardly could sleep. I arrived late on that evening so no point to complain about it and waste even more time of the precious sleep that I was not able to get.

Luckily we had some cash left on us still as they did not take credit card to hold. This should be an option for people as we were near the end of our vacation and may or may not have much cash remaining. We also ate at their rooftop restaurant. Good sized portion foods with live band. Good service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This hotel had actual excrement on the bedding. Booked for 2 of our pilots who stay in hotels all over the world. Paid 1400EUR for 3 nights in studio suites. Faeces on the bed. Have never had this happen anywhere before. The breakfast was served with nowhere to sit and eat unless you wanted to sit outside in the heat or awkwardly share the edge of one of the 2 indoor tables with a family (cooled by a fan and open door). But the guests were afraid to eat much anyway having seen the bedding. We checked out after the 1st night but the hotel refuses to refund the unused 2nd and 3rd nights. It's also up a bit of a dodgy roadway. Just avoid this place unless you're desperate. Definitely do NOT book if on a business trip / the booking is for someone who is.

Hotel & staff are wonderful.

It was amazing for 74 dollars when I got it and everything was perfect down to the food to the people.
