Overall, it was ok. At first, they put us in a room where AC is not cold, no water in the sink and shower water is little to nothing. Then the morning after, we have complained about the room and then they transfer us over to as per them “the booking.com room” not sure why. This is definitely a better room with better AC and water. We arrived at the hotel around 12mìn and as expected no one was there. We had to call a few times and waited until someone showed us to our booked room. Overall, place is okay with good location as it is near the market and 5-10mins away from Oslob beach. The owner also offered to tour us in the area and MoalBoal but we did not take it as it was too expensive and preferred to do DIY instead. Of you want a lesser hassle tour, feel free to reach for the owner as they can tour you all using Their pick up truck.

The rooms are clean, nice and affordable i highly recommend this to those who are tight budget. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating especially ms. Lovely. Since it’s my first time to travel alone they really helped me a lot with the tours and activities in Oslob. (Whaleshark watching, canyoneering, kawasan falls etc) I was assisted by Mr.Gary throughout my tour in Oslob he was kind enough to make me feel at home even though i am alone :) if you plan visiting Oslob I totally recommend this accommodation also look for Mr. Gary so he can assist you in your activities. The only downside of this inn/hotel is that they don’t have water heater also the faucet in my bathroom sink is not working but other than that everything is fine.

The staff did not properly accommodated us when we checked in the room. The water in our room was not clean.

Location is quite convenient, near convenience store. Clean rooms, reasonably priced and friendly!

room is nice, clean and comfy. but I was bothered by the noise upstairs.. someone was pushing the furniture. I got scared. also bothered by the brownout for how many hours during our night stay. but other than that, it was a good stay tho.. very nice place and Very near at the Kainans and stores, location is very good.

The room is very basic. No heater though and the aircon tends not to work properly. Location of the hotel is near at good restaurants and bus stop. 10-15mins tricycle ride to Oslob Whaleshark spot. They serve free coffee.

We had a great stay here, staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Will def recommend this place.

Great place. Very accessible. Jennifer and Lovely assisted us for our Whale Shark watching and other side trips. And to kuya and everyone were very accommodating.

Casa Solmar was easy to find as it is right off the highway and near the bus stop at 7-11. My room was small and comfortable with air con. Very simple and inexpensive stay. Breakfast is very minimal. just toast and coffee. No Internet in room only in common area.

The staffs are accommodating. rooms are budget friendly but a good place to stay with. very accessible also as it is located on the side of the national highway. may free coffee or tea pa sa cafe nila. malapit din sa mga kainan sa labas kaya sakto sa mga nagtitipid.
