シャトー ブリアティス ベッド & ブレックファスト

Booked 3 rooms. Bed and lobby are clean. But the toilets are not (broken window, leaking showers and bidet, old towels). But all the staff are really nice. Place is not friendly to senior citizens and PWDs. Too many stairs. And way too expensive breakfast and food (inside the room).

From 1 (low) to 10 (high), I will rate Chateau Beatrice in 7 because of the accommodating staff and cleanliness of the rooms, and the peace in the place.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Maintenance of chateau is average. Really just a room. No view of Taal even if location is along the main road. Room smells a bit old so good thing I brought my diffuser along. Chateau is a bit old so facility is pretty much like that. Breakfast was good and since the staff were nice our stay was pleasant.

Room was clean. They also have some toiletries for the guests. Heater and aircon also work. Though there are some spots that needs repair. One of the lamps is not working. Bathroom slippers will be appreciated. 2nd floor rooms don't have a view of the Taal Volcano. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. Also, thumbs up for their breakfast.

Nice room. Good for staycation

Given that we arrived with no notice at all around 10:30pm to check in, the staff of Chateau Beatrice Bed and Breakfast was very accommodating and helpful. The Chateau itself was very homey, cozy and clean. For our group (4 adults, 1 tween, and 2 children), the room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities would need a bit of an update though (leaking toilet, shower stall door had a tendency to get jammed, aircon vents were broken, etc) but for the price we paid (which was very reasonable), we didn't mind that much. All in all we had a very pleasant stay, and I wouldn't mind going back on our next Tagaytay trip.

Room is not clean with leftover soap from earlier occupants, not much toiletries and slippers for guest.

we stay at their cabin room, it was great. the ambience is fit for our trip, and their breakfast is so good and delicious. the staff are very accommodating. I recommend it to all who are planning to unwind.

The Garden Cabin was clean and spacious enough for people. The breakfast we had were good with big servings. The staff are friendly too

The place was great though small. The only thing is they must install telephones to go thru the reception just in case we need some assistance.

Our stay at the Chateau Beatrice was pleasant and it gave us a home vibe all the whole time. I recommend the Queen Deluxe room where it is spacious enough to accommodate 4 to 5 family members. The bathroom was clean with large area for our stuff including a walk in closet. Breakfast was inclusive and the whole family enjoyed the treat. Accommodation was really great. We will definitely come back for sure.

Location is very accessible. The Dorm type accomodation is ok for backpackers. Rent is inclusive of breakfast which is typical Filipino. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.
