Staffs are friendly, helpful and hard workers. They upgraded a room for us . All rooms are located around swimming poors. The seanary of it is beautiful. Their big smiles are genuine. What's missed? white wine. Thank you for making my stay wonderful!

Lovely hotel

I recently stayed at Coron Soleil Garden Resort and I was truly impressed by its unique charm. The location was ideal, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. I loved the cozy, yet modern design of the interiors, which made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the comfortable furniture to the thoughtful amenities provided. It was also clear that the property was well-maintained, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Whether it was the serene outdoor space or the warm hospitality of the staff, everything contributed to an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

nice property, but not much within waking distance

Leider haben mein Partner und ich keine gute Erfahrungen in dem Hotel gemacht… schade, dass man unberechtigt so viel Geld zahlt, für eine Suit mit Poolblick und diese dann so hellhörig ist, dass wir schlaflose Nächte hatten, weil unsere Nachbarn rechts und links so laut waren. Wir hatten außerdem eine Kakerlake bei uns im Zimmer, die irgendwann tot unter meinem Koffer auftauchte. Der Pool war leider auch dreckig und wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch eine große Enttäuschung. Die meisten Gerichte im Restaurant die wir probiert hatten waren naja mittelmäßig und dafür wirklich sehr teuer! Es wurde bei der Hotelanlage ständig irgendetwas verbrannt, weshalb es oft rauchte und es ganz übel stank, so dass mir und meinem Partner schlecht wurde und ich mich sogar übergeben musste. Wir haben leider nur negative Erfahrungen mit der Hotelanlage gemacht und bereuen es auch so viel Geld in den Sand gesetzt zu haben und uns die Möglichkeit genommen wurde unseren Urlaub dort genießen zu können… das einzig positive war, dass wirklich sehr nettes und respektvolles Personal im Hotel war. Unser Feedback: wir hätten uns besser für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden sollen, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Wir hätten wirklich gerne ein Teil unseres Geldes zurück als Entschädigung, dann würde man sich vielleicht weniger ärgern, dass man nicht doch einen großen Haufen Geld für die Suit zum Fenster rausgehauen hat…

The staff were very helpful And courteous!

Chambre grande vue piscine , lit confortable, calme. Hôtel bien situé, un peu en retrait de la ville. Personnel aux petits soins surtout Jims qui a été formidable. Nous sommes restés une nuit supplémentaire, l’hôtel était quasi plein et nous avons pu conserver notre chambre. Il a aussi gérer notre tour boit, location de scooter… Top! Seul bémol: la clim est bruyante.

Things are a little further to walk to like restaurants and the coron town (15-20 Min) but there are trikes everywhere to transport quick, only 60 pesos pp. staff were very friendly. Anything we needed, the staff assisted. Booking tour excursions thru the hotel was very easy. Very calm and relaxing resort space. The only downside I would say is that the walls are very thin. You could hear people talking next door, laughing, sneezing. So if you want privacy… that may be a little tough. Otherwise I had a great experience here.

The room was really nice, air conditioned, and the pool is amazing. The staff were all very nice but there were dirty towels left in a pile around the pool for most of the day. I realize my breakfast taste is Canadian but I really didn’t like the breakfast. There was no OJ; the juice provided was the cheapest available; there was limited fruit (apple and watermelon) and on one occasion, I kept checking and there was NO fruit. I couldn’t understand this given that we’re in a tropical climate and there was plenty of fruit at the market. The area is a bit industrial but it’s a short 20 min walk to town.

Property was well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 6 Nights and it was perfect. Very nice little place with well trained staff and very good food. The Rooms are very good and super comfortable Beds and cushions. There is not to moan about.

The property is a little dated, could do with a refurbishment, but it is still nice. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and chatty but a lot of the time our requests were forgotten (ordered ice to the room that never came, room service menu twice that never arrived). Service can be more attentive. The bedding was the highlight of the room, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Pool area was nice. The food was awful, they really need to improve in this department. I didn’t touch anything at breakfast except fresh fruits (apples and melons) and eggs. Coffee was bad, no milk or milk alternatives (only creamer), only unhealthy sliced white bread and no salads. Also ordering food at the resturant for lunch was bad. Probably the worst Pizza I have ever had. I would say this is a dated 4* start hotel that is being run and feels like a 3* at best. Internet was slow and signal barely reached room 225 even though it’s very close to the pool and reception.

Hotellet ligger en liten bit från centrum, vilket var väldigt behagligt. Väldig trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi blev alltid mött med ett smil och vi kände oss alltid välkommen. Stort fint rum med behagliga sängar, god aircondition, behaglig storlek på badrum och dusch. Rummet och sängarna var rent och fräscht. Vi blev erbjuden städning av rummet varje morgon och de ringe oss även för att höra om vi behövde transport till flygplatsen dagen innan utcheck för en liten kostnad per person. Vi valde att tacka ja till transport och var i god tid innan avgång. God variation på frukost men önskade att det vore mer alternativer som är anpassat för européer, störst utvalt var asiatisk. Vi är väldigt nöjd med uppehållet och servicen under de 4 nätterna vi tillbringade här.

We enjoyed our stay at Soleil! The staff is excellent especially Marian! They really took care of us!
