朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフはみな感じがよく部屋も清潔です。ロビーが週末やや賑やかで落ち着きませんが、それ以外素晴らしかったです。

四日間のフィリピンの旅でスタッフ対応も設備も部屋も1番良かったです。また行きたいと思います。

The rug in the lobby was so dirty. And our room smelled moldy until we ran the air conditioner for a few hours. The staff was excellent.

Breakfast buffet is superb, different dish everyday. Location is convenient to everything. Will come back for sure.

Clean, feel like it’s missing something

So pleased to stay in marriot courtyard Iloilo for it’s perfect location to everything! It’s all walkable to festive shopping mall, convention center, megaworld business, Casa emperador museum, dining eyc. We did our morning walk & enjoyed coffee after. Very instagrammable we all like❣️ The staff ate friendly & professional💯

The kitchen staff were very accommodative of our request as strict vegetarians. Well done Courtyard!

Breakfast was sumptuous

We loved staying in this hotel every time we go home. Very accessible, food was great, clean and great rooms and nice staff. We had a great experience staying at Marriott Iloilo!

We had to ask for everything we needed. Not very nice of you guys. We told you that there were three of us but felt we did not get the service planned.

Staff are very accomodating.

The location and condition of the property is good for exploring the city and surrounding area, however, the best aspect of this hotel is the staff - they were excellent! The hotel is rated as 4-star - however, the staff should be rated as 5-star (special mention to Norriel & Ivan who went out of there way to help and assist the whole family). (All the staff were excellent and accommodated our requests). The rooms were very practical and clean with comfortable beds (what you'd expect from a Marriott hotel). The hotel pool & gym are good (for a city hotel). I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting Iloilo. Note; we also used the hotel's transport provider (Southwest). We have previously used this company before and would recommend them as the drivers and quality of the vehicles are very good.

First of all, the elevators are slow, one out of four is working. Too crowded, lots of events lots of people at the lobby. I accidentally booked extra person, booked three rooms, I asked them if they can cancel the extras in each room they said no. The hallways smells like poop. I thought it is the most famous hotel in the city and the famous hotel chain but I was disappointed. Rooms is right not spacious as you see in the pictures and videos in you tube. The good thing is, they didn’t charge me of nurse call when I got sick during my stay.

Very comfortable, sufficient supply for the bathroom. Clean and breakfast was great!
