1.    All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos. 2.    Passport, boarding pass, or government-issued identification upon is required upon check in. 3.    Check in time is at 3:00 PM until 10PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. 4.    A security deposit of PHP 1,000 per room per night is required. 5.    All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged for smoking in the room(s). 6.    The Hotel reserves the right to charge guest(s) the cost of rectifying soiling or damage caused by accident and negligence of the guest(s) to the Hotel property. 7.    Guest(s) must keep their valuables in their safety deposit box provided inside their room(s).
