Food service needs improvement but the food itself is incredible.

Room is small for its price. Location is too far from Danao port. Road is long and winding. Not recommendable for kids and oldies. Even adults cannot tolerate the dizzying road. Pricey rooms for a park who is almost not in philippine map. Foods are way too pricey too. No complimentary drinks or anything even a glass of tap water. It's so funny that their towels are too small. Good for kids only. No wifi connection. Well, there is a wifi but they do not allow their guests to connect. Room smells bad when we arrived. Air-con is not set yet. Danasan eco adventure park is not budget-friendly. P380 for green pass and p500 for yellow pass. Not worth your money especially that you can see that maintenance is too bad! TV looks rusted and not well-take cared of. On the other side of our disappointing stay at their park; breakfast is good. 150pesos for a rice, egg, corned beef and coffee. Pricey yes! Well, t&b have hot and cold shower. Air-con is cold. Shuttle service is affordable. The guy in dispatching area is very friendly and he answers all our questions. Wake boarding trainer is patient especially for beginners. Our waterfalls guide is very accommodating and nice. Tractor driver is just so great! I cannot imagine him driving back and forth every time though the road is very bumpy and harsh. I asked the guy in the dispatching area if he's the only driver of the tractor and he said yes. So I commented how tough his job is! Road going to the falls need a tough and skilled driver. And also, not suitable for small children. Good thing my son enjoyed the very very bumpy ride. We gave them tip for their service because we know their salary is not enough for their tough duties.
