Room was small and not well setup. Staff was friendly but the grounds were very neglected

Not a Customer-Centric hotel! The only reason I rated 3 star is for the location, but service is VERY POOR! We are wanted to check out at 5:30 or 6AM and they will bot give us our deposit, since they say that they are not awake yet at that time, so we had to leave the keys and tv remote the night before just to get our deposit -FD is not friendly at all! Also, they charge extra for room service

Nice area, lovely view, nice food, nice family. Only problem was the brownouts, not the families fault. I would stay again.

The price is appropriate for the facility. If you are looking for a resort with all the amenities this isn’t it. If you’re on a budget but you still want a decent room this is it. Friendly staff and family owned.

Super hébergement, face à la mer, bungalows traditionnels, restaurant agréable. Equipe familiale très sympathique..Calme et près de tout...en scooter ! Je recommande.

ZIMMER gebucht, bezahlt a er ei der Ankunft nicht erhalten. Vermieterin möchte keine Gästevon Expedia meht. Wir wurden weggeschickt und mussten mühsam ein anderes uchen. Vermieterin hat uns ausbezahlt aber wir hattennoch Kosten für das Taxi und das teuerere Zimmer. Es werden nur noch Gäste von Agoda und Booking angenommen.

The people were very sweet but unfortunately the room was very dirty and ants were dropping from the ceiling. They had to raid our room but that still did not work. Also our room was right beside the road which was very noisy. I’m sure if you got a room closer to the water you wouldn’t hear the cars driving by. We only stayed there for a night as it was conveniently close to the pier.

J’ai déchanté quand j’ai vu ma chambre au Diamond De Siquijor : un lit, une petite chaise d’enfant en bois, une étagère, une table de nuit, une télévision. Rien d’autre. L’air climatisé qui est au-dessus du lit est manuel, pas de manette. Il n’y a pas de bureau, ni de frigo, ni de coffret de sécurité, il n’y avait pas de savon dans la chambre de bain à l’arrivée. Une unique poubelle dans celle-ci. Et la douche est en plein milieu de la salle de bain, aucune séparation. On ne peut pas tirer la chaîne des toilettes, il faut vider un seau d’eau pour chasser l’eau! Il n’y a pas de fontaine avec de l’eau chaude et de l’eau froide. Le Wi-Fi ne rentre pas dans les chambres. Le lendemain, en revenant de la plage, j’ai étendu mes vêtements mouillés sur la rampe de la galerie. 30 minutes plus tard, je suis revenue vérifier mes vêtements et j’ai vu UN MILLION de petits insectes partout sur mon linge. J’ai alors quitté l’hôtel en quatrième vitesse. Mais pour rendre à César ce qui appartient à César, je dois quand même mentionner les bons points de mon séjour. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été aux petits soins pour m’accommoder dans la mesure de leur possible. La propriété donne sur un muret de calcaire dans lequel un espace est aménagé avec table et chaises. Il y a aussi un escalier qui descend à la plage. C’est plaisant de s’y asseoir ou de marcher sur la plage. Il y a toujours une belle brise qui fait contraste avec la chaleur.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The food was good, and the view intoxicating.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Strand in Gehreichweite von Siquijor. Schönes Ambiente und interessante bauweise, traditionell. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt dort auch ein Restaurant mit leckeren Essen und natürlich Getränke. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

The bungalows were so nice. Good aircon. Heated water for showers. Cozy. Breakfast next morning was excellent. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!
