プールから海の眺めや併設されたバーが良かったです。ただ、部屋の換気があまくシャワーの後は部屋がジメジメしました。

スタッフの方はとても対応が良かったです。ヘアドライヤーを借りたらコンセントの形が使えず１日目はフロントで乾かせていただきました。２日目に借りたものは部屋で使うことができました。しょうがないですがトイレットペーパーは流せません。シャワーの水圧は良かったです。オーシャンビューの部屋にしていただき部屋は清潔でベッドメイキングも可愛かったです。場所も便利です。停電になっても一瞬で電気つきました。プール隣のレストランも美味しいです。ありがとうございまました！

フロントの第一印象は良くない　いつも他の客がフロントと争っているのが気になった　ただ一人一人と接すると決して悪くない　従業員への教育があまり良くないのではないか　サービスはリゾートホテルとしては期待できない　ビジネスホテル並み 部屋はきれいで清潔、環境は悪くない。ただし３Ｆになるとエレベータはほしい レストランは決して安くはないけれどどのメニューもおいしい　特にピザは最高でした まだ開業して間もないようなので、これからの改善期待します

Great staff, very accommodating. Property backs on to the beach itself, arranged all our transportation including the last minute island hopping tour.

Like most hotelstaff in the PH, their initial default thought is to follow instructions from the management to you the letter. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I stayed more than a week. The staff started to think outside the box and helped with many tricky things like finding a medical doctor when all clincs were closed. Dangerous to cross the road, employees are lazy, they are in the Cellular Phone. I have to ask a Toilet Paper , but 4 workers around using there cell and the same with my sister in breakfast workers are around no fresh milk,no serving spoon but they already with their cell phone. Employee is luck of training.

We had such a lovely stay here. Yes, it is a bit pricy but compared to all the terrible hotels in el nido this is really value for money. We had the casita with sea view which was just beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful! I really dont see hoe people can rate this hotel badly. Loved it!

Très mal accueilli. Nous avons eu une chambre semi enterrée au RDC avec une climatisation bruyante et en plus en bord de route très bruyante. Hôtel très décevant et à déconseiller !!!

Värdeskåpet fick man gå omkring och bära nyckeln till. Toaletten var det stopp i ett tag. Havsbotten bestod av koraller. Seafood slut på menyn ett tag. Boendet i utmärkt läge. Personalen underbar och slet så mycket de kunde. Poolen ok. Personligt och trivsamt.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est juste parfait , manque un peu de service et surtout le point noir pour moi la climatisation quasi inexistante et extrêmement bruyante par contre le personnel toujours agreable

Do not stay here! Paid top dollar for below grade accomodation!!!! No Hot Water for shower, informed the front desk every day, nothing done about it!!!! Breakfast - food terrible, egg and bacon every morning served cold, not set up well for breakfast buffet. Staff ignore you!!!!!!!

All staffs are extremely friendly & helpful they tried all efforts to help what we need! Ordered us the scooter we wanted to rent at very reasonable price (pp 500 / C$15 for 24 hours! So that we could go different nice beaches such as Nacpan beach & Lio beach for surfing; which are 1 hr & 1/2 hr ride respectively from Doublegem hotel! So much fun & pretty safe as people isn’t drive fast on the street! We stayed in front of the pool with direct access from the back door of our room, very convenient although there’s a swimmable beach! The restaurant of hotel connected to the beach bar everyone is so polite & friendly!! The hotel is located at about 5 mins from town by motor tricycle taxi cost only pp100 / C$3. Shopping, restaurants, market, bars!! Me, my wife & my son of 16 yrs old we all enjoy staying at Palawan so much!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits au DoubleGem, lors d’un voyage en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants). L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix, en bord de plage de Corong-Corong avec vue sur la baie de Bacuit. Il dispose de plusieurs bâtiments style immeuble ainsi que des bungalows, le tout au milieu d’un joli jardin verdoyant et avec une piscine à débordement spacieuse et agréable pour les enfants. Les personnes de l’hôtel sont très serviables et à l’écoute de vos demandes. Voilà ces seuls atouts. Pour le reste, c’est la catastrophe. Des déchets partout (parties communes intérieures et extérieures: nous sommes restés 5 jours, les mêmes canettes et bouteilles de bières vides sont restées tout ce temps aux abords de la piscine), un service de chambre inexistant, une literie horrible avec des matelas durs comme si vous dormiez à même le sol, une désorganisation du personnel, un buffet de petit déjeuner de faible qualité et lentement réapprovisionné. Le prix que nous avons payé ne vaut clairement pas la qualité des services que nous avons eu. Nous avons été très déçus. Il suffirait que le ménage soit fait régulièrement dans les parties communes (abords de piscine et restaurant notamment) et que les literies soient changées pour que l’hôtel vaillent vraiment le coup 👍
